yes take it everyday b/c your muscles do the most growing when resting and make sure to drink plenty of water and although it says no cyclying needed i'd still cycle do like 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

I read it was a good stack and the fine folks at GNC recommended it, too, plus it was BOGO 50% off, so why not.
I didn't need 2 tubs of NOXplde kicking around in the basement, collecting moisture....
