Default Cellmass....... Do I take it every day or no?

I know it says take so much on "off-days", but I was wondering if I should just keep taking it only on work-out days, like the NO Xplode, or take the cell mass every day?

yes take it everyday b/c your muscles do the most growing when resting and make sure to drink plenty of water and although it says no cyclying needed i'd still cycle do like 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

the main reason to take it everyday throughout the cycle is to saturate your muscles with the creatine and to KEEP them saturated.

yes i know this but i was just trying to get the point across that you do take on off days because it does help your muscles grow and take in more nutrients so therefore to take it on your off days

What's the point of taking creatine and no-explode? No-explode is a nitric oxide and creatine in one.

I read it was a good stack and the fine folks at GNC recommended it, too, plus it was BOGO 50% off, so why not.

I didn't need 2 tubs of NOXplde kicking around in the basement, collecting moisture....

The amount of creatine in NO-Xplode is so little it shouldn't even be considered a creatine supplement. CELLMASS is the REAL creatine supplement, therefore, why many people recommend stacking them. If NO-Xplode was really a creatine supplement, you would be taking it after a workout also.

Besides that, if I'm not mistaken, caffeine inhibits the absorption of creatine..right? lol

Alrighty, when I try no-explode I'll keep that in mind. I'll probably stack it with kre-alkalyn instead of cellmass though as kre-alk has been getting very good reviews on here.

I bought a tub of Cellmass to stack with both Nitrix and NO-Xplode, but will be switching back to Kre-Alk when its gone as for me it seems to work better as well.

I stacked Kre-Alkalyn with No-Xplode and was very happy with the results.
