Default New To Supplements

I have lifted on and off since high school. Just recently one of my boys was deployed for 6 months and when came back he was jacked. He started telling me about supplements and all that jive. I started by taking some NO Xplode and was hooked that day. Then I got some NO2. Liking that too. Also got some Axis-HT. Eventually i want to be on NO Xplode, Cell Mass, Nittrix, True-Mass, and Axis-HT. All are BSN Products. Thats what my boy is on. I understand the cycles. I was just looking for some advice on like what to watch out for or be careful about taking all of that stuff. Any positives and negatives would be good to know. I have been taking the NO Xplode and NO2 for about a month and a half now and just recently started the Axis-HT. When I started i was roughly 180 lbs at 6'1" I am now about 190-195. I lift everyday doing Chest and Tris one day, the next day Back and Bis, and the next day Shoulders then starting it over again. My diet varys but i do hit the tuna fish hard.

I personally dont think you need all those supplements. You also say you workout everyday, do you ever take a rest day?? Do you do legs?

Whats your routine like now?

Honestly, you need a couple rest days in there, especially if you are running. Remember, you break down in the gym and rebuild outside of the gym when resting. I also think you need to work legs

If you are trying to bulk, I wouldnt recommend running as cardio either.

lol dont have much choice on the running issue, im in the military. Do you have any suggestions on a routine? I Like the working the chest with tris, back with bis, then shoulders. Thought it was a good enough of a rest for each group. I know you still use each muscle group in other workouts. But im all ears. an what about the suppliments, you said you dont think i need them. Why is that? My goal is to be at 205-210 at about 10-13% bf. Im at about 10-13% now estimating.

You're working your upperbody 3 days in a row at minimum before taking any rest, not good. If you're hitting your muscles more than 2 times a week you're either not training hard enough when you're in the gym or you're overtraining. I was on a routine of chest tris, back bis, abs cardio and shoulder legs then a day off for a little over a year that got me great results and where I am now.

As Nite said I suggest doing legs, they're a major muscle group and they release a lot of testosterone which will help in your other workouts. Besides, you don't want to be chicken legged with a bulk upper body, that just looks retarded imo.

As far as your supplements go, you said you're taking no explode and no2. You don't need both. no explode is a nitric oxide, no need to take 2 nitric oxides.

Ok i will work legs and adjust my routine so i have a day off in there. Thanks for that advise.

The Nitric Oxide thing, why does it say to stack NO Xplode With Nitrix? Is it just one of those tricks to get you to buy more of their product?
