Hi, I have been working out for some months now...
- 22yrs, 6ft, moved from 150 lbs to 162 lbs in around 3 months...kinda on the lean side..... have only been using protein supplements and been increasing my calorie intake, getting sleep and all that.. I now intend to move to creatine supplments after a month... which supplement would be recommended ? I am thinking between kre-alkayn and CEE... any suggestions? My goal is to add muscle mass and bulk up... Please help... |
