Default On your off days

I use 100%whey protein and i was woundering on my off day should i still take it or less of it than i do on my days i workout. I know it doesnt matter if i take it on off days but im more interested in finding out what ya'll do and see if its very important or not that important to muscle grow to take it on rest days.....comments please

I usually take 2 shakes on my off day.

I still take my 3 shakes, morning, noon and evening. I think it depends though what your routine is. If you're only going 3 days a week you probably don't need it on your day off. I go 5-6 days a week so my body needs the protein.
