I think 724 calories to be exact?
Besides lifitng days when should I take it, if looking to put on size(trying not to add much fat if possible). Probably before bed right with milk because slow absorption right? But how long before like 2 hrs? One last question, if i add milk thats another 18 grams of protein because it needs to be in 16 oz and another 20 grams of sugar for a total of 40 g of sugar and 68 grams of protein, is that 2 much? Just take it with water then? |
