this is my first time posting iim new to the site.
I just started taking muscle milk and i wondering if its alright to take whey protein along with muscle milk, like whey before and after workouts and mm before sleep? I also wanted to know with its benificial to take creatine while on muscle milk, i read that muscle milk is supose to boost natural creatine production so would the creatine be a waste? |

thanks for the information, i wasnt planning on taking the mm and whey at the same time, just wanted to take the whey because i read it got into your system quicker after workouts and the mm is expensive.
I have taken creatine before and liked the results, i just didnt like the crapping problems it gave me, im thinking of taking it in a small dosge along with the mm and whey. ps im 23 5'8 170 lbs |

You have the basics of the protein down.
You are correct, take the whey before workout and post workout. I am taking the whey now with my breakfast instead of before and taking a dose of BCAA's before my workout. Keep the whey post workout though. Muscle Milk would be better to take before bed or sometime during the day for a boost in protein and calories. Taking creatine along with the MuscleMilk is completely fine and encouraged. Your body will not produce enough naturally to equal the results you will get with supplementing with creatine.

I know this is probably kind of stupid, but "before bed" I am assuming you mean this as the last meal you eat. I eat six meals a day and the last thing i eat is about 3 hours before bed. I am curious because I just got some Muscle Milk too and plan to use it as my last meal.
