yet another supplement to add to my list. i picked up some CLA today and wonder when i should take it. my schedule is as follows:
7:30AM: Cell Mass 8: muscle milk with 1-1.5 cups of oats in it 10:30: 6 egg whites and half a tomato. 12:30: grilled chicken breast with 1 slice multigrain toast, or rice and vegetables 3: either same meal as above or a true mass shake 5: 2 grams arginine 6: Nosblast WORKOUT 7:30: Cellmass 8:00 2 scoops whey 9: 10 oz steak or chicken breast and a baked potato or rice. and multi 11: 2 grams arginine and muscle milk |
