i need to know what is a good weight gainer..im 5'7" and weight 125..how much should i be weighting? back in the days when i tried lifting weights and drinking weight gainners ..it tasted nasty..i couldnt even swallow it and soon i gave up on lifting. now i just bought me a bench and the shabang...well a used bench and some weights (older brutus smith model) im back and i need to know what is good to drink and gain weight. i bought some whey and i believe it tastes good but its not a weight gainnner...help! im pumped! thx

BUMP to narsarge 100%. Food is the best way to go. If you'd like you can make some shakes throughout the day consisting of milk, a banana, whey and wheat germ. You could throw in some PB if you've got the munchies also

Drink a gallon of whole milk each day, in addition to eating lots of mcdonalds double cheeseburgers. That'll pack on some pounds for sure. Oh yeah, dont forget to lift weights.....
Another thing for gaining weight is pizza. So eat double cheeseburgers and pizza, and drink a gallon of whole milk a day.....JUST DO IT!

do this make a list of all the foods you like to eat even veggies,and the fruites! ok so make 5 columns and like 20 rows the columns will include name of food, carbs, protein,fat, and the calories it has once you've filled it out make a meals out of it.
