Default best weight gainer

i need to know what is a good weight gainer..im 5'7" and weight 125..how much should i be weighting? back in the days when i tried lifting weights and drinking weight gainners ..it tasted nasty..i couldnt even swallow it and soon i gave up on lifting. now i just bought me a bench and the shabang...well a used bench and some weights (older brutus smith model) im back and i need to know what is good to drink and gain weight. i bought some whey and i believe it tastes good but its not a weight gainnner...help! im pumped! thx

Best weight gainer is food! Other then that, do search on this site to view all the threads on weight gainers. Just type in: weight gainer in the seach box and you will have it all at your fingertips.

BUMP to narsarge 100%. Food is the best way to go. If you'd like you can make some shakes throughout the day consisting of milk, a banana, whey and wheat germ. You could throw in some PB if you've got the munchies also

You need to check your dedication. You gave up weight lifting because the weight-gainer tasted bad. That's like giving up driving cars because you had a flat tire once.

If you want to gain weight, then eat. There is only one weight gainer you need, it's sold by GNC. I think it has 100 gms of sugar in it, give it a try.

Drink a gallon of whole milk each day, in addition to eating lots of mcdonalds double cheeseburgers. That'll pack on some pounds for sure. Oh yeah, dont forget to lift weights.....

Another thing for gaining weight is pizza. So eat double cheeseburgers and pizza, and drink a gallon of whole milk a day.....JUST DO IT!

do this make a list of all the foods you like to eat even veggies,and the fruites! ok so make 5 columns and like 20 rows the columns will include name of food, carbs, protein,fat, and the calories it has once you've filled it out make a meals out of it.

I am with Traps on this Rickster. The poor guy would be totally mesmorized by all that info. Not to mention thoroughly confused. Traps's idea, although not the healthiest way to pack on size, is definitly the simple way to get there. After all, how many of us on this site have slipped up and ordered pizza, or a BigMac. And if I ever bulk, I am sure that I will incorporate all of those foods at sometime during my phase.

Probably the best ingredient wise. and the primary carb source is oats is Up Your Mass by MHP. The taste isnt all that good though.

I'd rather just throw some oats in my protein shake - save me some $$$ & doesn't taste all bad.
