ON 100% Whey Sci Fit Kre Alk GNC Mega Man multi NOXplode ON CLA Flax Seed After 4 weeks I have made some very good gains. Just today I noticed the most evident proof considering I benched 235 4 times when just 4 weeks ago I was struggling to get 205 up once. I have trimmed alot off my midsection and my chest is most noticably bigger. I have been on the Max OT workout regiment with 3 sessions of HIIT a week. My diet is clean but I cheat a day on the weekends. I drink water like it's disapearing, lol. Anyways......if you were interested in any of those products listed, they get my thumbs up SO FAR!
