I remember when i used to take mono i was told to take 2.5g before a workout and 2.5g after the workout, but since the advances in creatine im not quite sure if it would help or hurt.... Im thinking about taking NO Xplode 35-45 minutes before the workout and then tri creatine malate or mono 30 min after the workout??? Any test or any knowledge on this being helpful???

Doesnt the question alone seem like it would make a huge difference in your muscle gain? Like 2 diff kinds of creatines doing 2 different jobs...... Anybody know if this actually helps with quicker gains?

The only difference with creatines might be the fact that they might be absorbed better and you might feel the effects of the creatine quicker right? I guess in a way that would affect your results somewhat?

Should i do a loading stage for the mono? And i cant really see there being a confliction between the creatines, can anyone else?

No conflictions has my vote and loading on mono....
That's at your discretion. I myself would load because I've read lots of studies that state there's a noticeale difference in strength and power when you do load and I've heard people that have done it and told me they noticed a difference as opposed to keep it at maintenance dose straight thru the cycle. If I were the one deciding, I would LOAD.
