They are two completely different prouducts so they wouldn't fight for absorption. To answer your questions, yes you can take them together and no they won't fight for absorption.

Judging by the question you asked, I'm guessing it's safe to say you're fairly new at lifting....lifting seriously anyways.
I'm just taking a wild guess but you're relying on supps. too much in my opinion. Stick with one supp. NO-Xplode or the Kre-Alkalyn or mono if you're going to take something. Take it one supp. at a time so you can pretty much nail what's giving you your results (if you do in fact get any) Try to solidy your diet first before anything else brother. You might be wasting money/time on supps. for no reason.
