The only other thing I can recommend is eating more because my guess would be you're not seeing gains because your diet is slacking, but then again.... what do I know?

With the whey powder, use as follows:
You should consume some whey 25-30 grams pre-workout, mixed with milk along with some complex carbs like oatmeal. Take this about 45 minutes before you workout. Also consume another 25-40 grams of whey mixed with water and some type of high glycemic carbs, like dextrose, vitargo, or maltodextrin. You can even use grape juice. The NO-Xplode, I took 30 minutes prior to working out. The BCAA's should be taken right before the workout. You can also take them during. I also take another serving right after my workout. Then 20 minutes later, I have my post workout whey shake. The Kre-alkalyn, you want to take(assuming you got the capsules), 2 capsules before your workout and 2 capsules after workout. On non-training days, take 2 capsules anytime during the day. I usually took mine in the morning. As for vitamins, I took mine during my first meal after my workout. Good time then because your body is still absorbing and needing nutrients at this time.

Thank you for the great answers. When should i be eating before i work out? Should i eat, then wait for that to disgest, then take my no-xplode since that should be taken on an empty stomach. OR take the no-xplode on an empty stomach, wait 30 mins then eat? Understand what I'm saying here? Thank you again!

Well I usually have a small little workout meal consisting of mostly carbs with a whey shake in milk like I recommended. Anything from a simple PB&J sandwich to a bagel. Then I would supposed you wait an hour and you take your NO-Xplode as directed.
Follow the directions on the tub. I can't remember if it's an hour or 2 that you have to wait after eating.
