Default tried muslce milk

ive been trying muscle milk for about 2 months now and ive got to say its the best thing ive ever taken, ive gained about 12 lbs mostly in my legs (after changing my routine) and my bench has gone up significantly from benching about 195 max to 225 in about two months maybe a little longer. i took it right before i went to bed every night to try and gain weight form the extra cals and it worked great, plus there is no better tasting protien out there that ive tried.

I've used Muscle Milk as a weight gainer and as bedtime protein shake and it's worked great for me.

The only downside to MM is that it's low in carbs so I throw in about 30 grams or so of oats into the mix when I have my servings.

I've tried Strawberry, Banana, Natural Strawberry & Natural Vanilla.

The Naturals were horrible IMO. I've always wanted to try the mixed flavors (ex: strawberry banana)

Default I swear by Muscle Milk

There are some tough SOB's here that can sacrifice taste for getting a better deal financially, but I'm not one of them. If I have a bad tasting protein it will really discourage me from working out. I used to take Nitro Tech and I used to gag while drinking it, I swore to myself never again would I put myself through that. Besides how awesome Muscle Milk is to drink, it mixes REAL easy. But most importantly, the high fat content DID NOT cause any unwanted pounds (fat). Despite what I was assuming it would do, it did the opposite. It kept me lean and was a great protein supplement.

I have tried Chocolate, Bannana, Cookies & Cream, and Vanilla. I loved them all.

Ditto here - I'll pay the big bucks for MM because the taste is just so awesome (and, of course, it's a terrific protein powder - I also take it at bedtime).

I had tried various brands in the past and the taste used to gag me so bad, I just could not stomach it.

Then, one day, I was talking online with Gilad (yup, the guy from Bodies in Motion - the TV fitness show filmed in Hawaii) and he told me that this is what he'd been taking (MM) for the longest time and that he loved it. So I decided to give it a try and I've been in heaven since

I have tried:

- Mocha Joe (that's an awesome flavor - my favorite, best taken with skim milk)
- Crème Brulée (it tastes exactly like a crème brulée dessert if you mix it with skim milk)
- Chocolate (I don't care for that one even with milk, but I mix in just a bit of decaf instant coffee granules to make a bit of a Mocha-coffee flavor and it's helping me get through my tub)
- Cookies 'n cream (it's very nice also)

And now, I have just ordered some "Chocolate Caramel Pecan" for the first time and will let you know how I like that one! I love caramel flavored stuff, so it should be good.

I'll have to find myself some of that Dulce de Leche flavor. My local supplier doesn't carry that one yet. I'll check elsewhere online.

I have also just ordered some of the Muslce Milk 'N Oats (the oatmeal mixed with MM), Maple & brown sugar flavor - can't wait to try that for some of my breakfasts

Basically, as much as some people "crave" certain junk foods, I just crave my nightly MM. I'm addicted!!!!
