I need something to help boost up my energy level for my workouts, any suggestions? I am currently using ECA only when I'm gonna go workout (45 minutes prior to exercising), but the crash is killing me, and thats after only using it once a day and only on certain workout days on top of that. is there anything else i can use to get good workouts in?

If you can find it any cheaper than $43~$45 bucks let me know as well. Word of advice on this stuff ( from my experience ) Use it for 3 weeks then stay off it for a week...the last 2 or 3 days of the 3rd week it did not have the same effect..a little less potent maybe...body gets used to it etc etc...anyway took 5 days off and took a regular serving and POW just like the very first time I used it..was a friggin rock that morning pumping out the weight. T |

whatever happened to eating good ole carbs preworkout to give you energy?
i haven't tried any supps other than whey, just for PWO. I thought about trying NO-xplode but i have noticed energy from doing simple things: get enough sleep, eat enough, and not wasting my energy outside of the gym on lift days. as for mental focus, just listen to some music and think about my goals.

Yeah alot of people experience that but I've gotten good results after consuming it about 15 min. after a meal and when I drink alot of water. I only drank half the bottle. I've drank the whole bottle at once and I felt cracked out. It's one hell of an energy drink though. It's too potent IMO
