Default Probably starting also

I have bought the book and have yet to buy the system. I am not sure if I am going to buy the whole system, I may only purchase the methyl ripped, and I have to get peoples opinons on the night time fat burner to see if it is a waste of money. The only issue I have with the 21 day program is I am not fond of the exercises. While I DO LIKE the concept of working heavy and light throughout the week along with the concept of the HIIT sprinting cardio sessions, I'm a little skeptical of the actual exercises and rep/set combinations.

I have tried all three Redline (Drink, capsule, liquid serum( and to be frank, the serum is some serious S***. My only concern with MethylR is that I do not think there is synephrine in it, and I believe that ingredient is KEY to a serious fatburner. Hopefully you have come to terms with the fact that the diet you will entail along with the effort inputed into the cardio is what is going to really make the changes. The fatburner gives that extra mental and energy boost. Either way I am going to follow the 21 day program, maybe not with the same exercises or with the methyl ripped. I will DEF post before pictures and keep a log. I have done one session so far of the sprinting to give it a whirl and I can see why so many peopel back the HIIT concept over any other way to lose fat through cardio.

Thumbs up NXCARE RIPPED SYSTEM - 1st DAY RESULTS

I just purchased the system from GNC. My weight has been capped at 184 for over a month. I've tried eveything and this is the first system that has helped me surpass my plateau. After Day1! I lost 4 pounds immediately! I bought everything the system recommended for dieting and followed day 1 of the workout. I don't feel any caffeine gittered whatsoever. The nighttime supplement curved my appetite. The 6 meal diet must definitely mean something when combined with the "Ripped" capsule. I could hardly finish all of each meal. I will continuing posting my results. The only side effect (positive) is that the ripped capsule took me to a new plane of focus i.e driving, cleaning, laundry, washed car - my energy has sky rocketed! WORK OUT WISE - I felt great in the gym and performed both morning run and upper body.

Default Day Two

I haven't had a chance to check the scale today but I know the fat is literally melting away. I feel a little off today due to Phase I of the diet. Tomorrow I finally get a little sugar - mostly from the banana and sweet potato and also the extra carbs with kick up my energy levels to normal. Other than that, I'm ready for whats to come - lean muscle with reduced body fat

Question - on sprint days - can you pick anytime to do them as long as its 2 hours after eating?

I believe so, just I guess follow the guuide... Just keep up the good work, the cardio does alot, I still have a problem with how they say do 30 min of cardio after almost each workout... I dont understand the logic. Basically what I think is that, you eat a good meal about an hour to an hour and a half before your workout, in order to supply you with fuel to help you last through your program. By the end of your program, you should have burned a s*** load of calories and they want you to do cardio for 30 min on top of that... Also after my workout program I usually have a protein shake when the muscles are still warm. If you did a 30 min cardio program after your workout Im pretty sure you would lose your pump.

Default Hmmm!

Alex223 are you using the suggested Whey Isolate Protein?

I weighed in this morning and I'm down to 178. That 6 pounds in about three days. I know a great deal was water weigh. Before I started this program I was using Nitrotech for about 2 months. I was pretty pumped - but the water retention was apparent because lean muscle mass has more cut than a muscle surrounded by water . I also felt bloated.

Without a doubt, this program is unique and its easy to follow. Today, I do my first sprint. Its been a while since I've sprinted but I know I'll be fine.

hey uneek72,

I do use iso whey protein... right now Im pretty satisfied with this protein produced by almax called "isoflex". 90% of the container is protein by itself..
In 30 grams , it gives you 27 grams of protein.

I've created my own schedule and follow a different routine then the one in the book.. I do cardio almost everyday, as well as abdominals.. I still do a pretty intense schedule and I eat right...

I started doing the sprints in the starting, but I found I couldnt keep up goin for 20 secs at 100% and then resting for a minute and then goin again.. I found by about the 6th time I ran my ass off I was dead.. well for someone who doesnt do much cardio go figure right?

I do a less intense cardio workout following the HITT principle.. I also found out that I have access to swim in a pool, so thats where I'll be tomorrow morning...

My normal weight is about 225. I think I might have dropped maybe 5 pounds but the cuts are really comming out... I still have 10 days left on the cycle so Im excited to see what results I obtain in the next 10 days.. More importantly the last 5 when I finally get to crack open the methyl dry... I'll probably be in the washroom 10 times a day, but I bet the definition after you shed the water weight is unreal... I'll keep up with the post as the days go by... BUt I guess keep following the schedule because Im pretty sure its a good schedule, I just wasnt a big fan of the routine..

I've tried Iso protein before and it's a good protein. I'm following the routine and diet to the T. The diet recommended getting Whey Protein Isolate. THe only company that I could find that makes Isolate is Pro-Lab. No sugar, 1 carb, and 25 grams of Protein per serving (not bad)

Sprints went well last night! It was hard as $%#! but I got through all 12 sprints. By the time I got home, my entire body was sore; especially, legs and upper back. I woke up this morning and starting on the two pills (Methyl Ripped) and I ran the 30 mins with no problem. I felt a few gitters in between the run and breakfast - but I'm okay now!

Alex - Are you taking 3 Ripped Pills 2 X daily? How do you feel?

Also, according to the book, the science behind cardio after weight training is that your body continues to burn stored fat (not muscle) if you are able to keep your heart rate at 65%. Look over the cardio chapter if you get a chance. It does make sense but you have to run slow as turtle to keep the number at 65%. I was as a long distance running in the past, so I have the wind and this is very slow for me but it seem to be working.

Weight:178 from 184 DAY 4 (Stable)

Default Gut!

MoneyMike:

The gut takes alot of time to work on. Fat leaves universally, so you can't target your gut without loose the extra fat that's everywhere else. I'm a big arm guy myself. You will look lean but it will appear as if your strinking. In my opinion, its better to loose the fat and build more muscle. I've tried various work outs and diets over the years and I've looked my best "overall" when my body fat percent was between 10 and 13 %. I still had a little gut after going from 225 to 159. I was cut up everwhere else though and the abs did showed a little. Most people didn't believe that I weighed so little at 5 10 1/2. I looked 20 pounds heavier and that of course is because solid lean muscle weighs more than fat. So try out the system and just keep and eye on your arm and keep them pumped if that what you'll need to loose the gut Also, the best part of this program is that on your lifting days, you do cardio twice at a slow pace - as long as you keep your heart at 65% of your minimal heart rate http://www.ripped-system.com/myweb.php?hls=10095

Anyway, day 5 on the plan. I'm still at 178 but I can tell my body fat percent is getting lower i.e pants and belt are looser and I feel really fit and my posture is pretty good. The Ripped system is the best things I've tried in years with instant results. The only problem I'm having is with the suggested Ripped pills to take. Two a day for fine. Four is pretty hard to take because you immediately feel your energy peek especially at lunch. Today I took two this morning and did the light 30 mins of cardio and one so far before lunch. I will try to take the suggested 4th right before I lift and do the second cardio session this evening hoping the pill wont keep me up. I keep you all posted...

Alex are you having problems with the "Ripped" pills.

STARTING THE SYSTEM TODAY!!!
Weighed in at 174 after first meal. So im probably like 172, going to follow the 175 diet.

Took 1 capsule monrning and 1 before lunch, just energy, no jitters, will try two tomorrow.

Can u replace a meal with a meal within diets? Meaning, can my first meal be the option 1, meal 1: whey protein with cottage cheese and oatmeal, but then follow the one without so much fish which is the option 2 for the rest of the meals? thanks guys

I switched a few of the meals around also. You can only do this with the optional meals for that Series i.e. days 1,2 Meals - high protein low carbs but day 3 Meal is more carbs less protein. Stay within the Series: days1,2 - day 3, days4,5 - day 6 They're combined 2,1,2,1 The book breaks it down if you have it.

As far as the Ripped pills - You are suppose to take 2 a day for the first 3 days etc. I'm on day 5 and I'm happy I slowly adjusted to the doses. I'm still unable to take 2 at lunch.

Good luck and stay up

Hey everyone,

Im goin on day 12 tomorrow, and its great... I found Ive lost about 5 pounds but all fat I can say... Now I can see a solid 4 pack still workin on the bottom 2 abs... Im at 6 ripped capsules a day... 3 in the morning and 3 before lunch
and let me tell you , you get energy for about the first 45 minutes to an hour. Remeber though you have to increase your water intake by half... So now im drinking 6 L a day and in about 2 days I have to bump it up to 8... Im kind of excited to use the methyl dry soon as well... I think it will produce some crazy results ... I obviously know these results wont last for a long time... seeing that it drains the water and basically shrink wraps your skin allowing veins and muscles show more clearly..

Anyway I'll keep you posted... ..

Day six and I'm still in it! Today is Friday (down day at the office) and the belt I wear with my jeans has no more holes I'm still capped at 178 but body fat versus lean muscle mass is converting quickly. My arms look more cut and so does my chest. Stomach is strinking but no six, four,or even two pack yet I know it will take much more than 21 days on this program to get the results I want but I do indeed like this system. Good luck all and lets keep reviewing this thing!

OH YEAH! Alex is right - water yourself to death I drink a gallon a day like the book recommends for week one.

Default End of Day 2!

Well its 12AM and im on my last meal, i switched around meal 5 with meal 6 so i have the protein right after my workout. I can tell ya, i feel a difference in my body eating like this, interesting to see the results, tomorrow I sprint, we will see how that goes. I took 1 Ripped this morning before cardio, and then 2 around 5PM, and the two hit me too hard, since I will be sprinting i will take the 1 and 1 again tomorrow so i dong bug out while sprinting and try two again on day 4. I am now going to get a little "deep" into this diet since i have been feeling a lot better than usual and and almost becoming obsessed. LOL

I am using Isopure for my protein and had a question. Are you guys using skim to mix in? today for post workout I mixed with splenda fat free ice cream that has 70 calories per serving, 2 grams of sat fat, and like 4 grams of sugar. Do you guys think thats ok? I mean, bodybuilders reccomend having at least .8 of each pound in simple sugar after a workout, then again, we are trainging to get lean and maintain muslce. Just a thought, but what do you guys mix with and do you think what I am proposing is ok? If not, should I do the math and remove 70 calories from another meal?

Regarding meals. What do you guys think about substituting meals within phases? Meaning, phase 1, Option 1 has a lot of fish, and I dont want to eat that much fish, but I also like having eggs in the morning, but my protein shake towards the night. THat means switching maybe 3 meals. Can you go meal 3 for meal 3 within the phase or is it more complicated and the option is supposed to be kept strict.

Lastly, substituting the exercises, can i substitue some exercises? Like for day 1,8,15 heavy load, can i use regular bench press and for the medium load day do incline dumbell instead of bench press? I am not a fan of decline really, and I think that switch would be more effective for me. Again, instead of military standing, seated dumb press, and for the setaed dumb press during the mdium load, i would do front and side raises. ANy input? BTW, today i replaced romanian deadlifts with laydown hammy curls, and reverse lunges with seated quad extension. Worked out pretty well. Dont wanna hurt myself for sprinting.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and I am here for all for any questions that may be asked so please do not hesitate to ask me my opinon or any advice. GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND KEEP ON IT!

Smile Methyl Ripped

I know a lot of people on this forum are just looking to get but due to the Ripped System but as for myself, I am looking to lose a substantial amount of fat. I started out at 290 about 2 months ago. I am 6'3' but the fat definately still shows even though I am tall. I started out with Hydroxycut Hardcore and didnt see results what so ever. I was recommended Methyl Ripped by a friend due to its anti catabolic properties and absolutely love it. I finished my first bottle taking the recommended dosage and have lost about 10 lbs in 3 weeks. Definately all fat. I recently purchased the entire Ripped System and love the Methyl Lean as well. Right now I am down to 272 and still going. I hope this helps any of the bigger guys with questions for people looking to lose a substantial amount of fat before getting cut.
