Default ripped system review

for sake of time I'll keep this short, and add more info tomorrow. I'm on the last few days of the complete system and I have to say, there have been no noteable results worthy of praising.

I've seen so far a loss of weight of about 8lbs from 236 to 228 in two weeks, yet no decrease in my body fat percentage, not one bit (% 17.5). I follow the diet to the T and my workouts are never missed.

In addition to the lack of results i've actually experienced side affects of dizzyness and fatigue within an hour of taking the ripped pills alone. I am going to stick with the system this last week and I will post complete details then.

First off i want to say hello to everyone on the board.
I think a little intro is in store for everyone.
Im 19 and on August 7th of this i year i started my diet at 234. On August 21st i went on Hydroxycut Hardcore and that was insane to say the least, highly recommend. From the 7th to the 21st i lost 3lbs and from the 21st till end of September i lost 22 pounds. On October 1st i weighed in at 209 pounds. Over past month i have been off the supplements and actually lost 7 pounds. Latest scale reading on November 2nd put me at 202. I was mulling this stack for about a month and after reading this thread i decided to purchase and post my feedback on it.

I am going to use some of their meal ideas with some of my own and some of their workout plan with some of my own. I want to see how it comes along. From reading the book and here it seems as long as i get my cardio in after i work out which i have been doing since September anyways i should be in OK shape.

So Monday i start off on this epic 21 day voyage haha and will post back every few days or so to let everyone know how its going.

It's the Ripped System review thread - a 21 day diet, training & supplement stack to help lose bodyfat ...... does that give you an idea?

Ripped System is a supplement stack hence the reason why this thread is in the supplements central section.

There used to be a supplement reviews section on the board a while back but it got merged with the supplements central section.

So day 1 is just about over.

Got up this morning at 7 went on the gazelle machine for cardio, got off of that drank the Myoplex deluxe and milk which was about 62 grams of protein, ate tuna for lunch, and came home from work at 230. Took the second Ripped and ate supper, around 6 went down did the upper body workout then went for 30 more minutes of cardio. Did jog, power walk, run. Gotta take the Meythl Lean yet which smell horrendous which only means they work hah.

Quick observations are the Ripped dont pack nearly the punch of Hardcore but are really good. They just don't last as long as Hardcore.

Well, finished my first day.

I gotta say, this load of food might seem small on paper, but the first time you sit down and try to chew through a cup of cottage cheese and 3/4 cup of dry oatmeal flakes, you start to appreciate the Big Mac.

Overall, it felt good. The Ripped supplements packed a decent punch for me in the morning, wearing off as soon as I finished my workout (ended up running to the DMV, walking back, to renew my plate tags, but the run/walk was well over 30 minutes). The next few meals were odd. It felt like something of a chore to chew them down, but I oddly never felt... full.

I started wondering at whether I'd feel bloated and stuffed at the end of the day, but I honestly don't, having just finished my sixth meal, waiting a few hours to pop the Lean and go to bed.

Unfortunately, the exercise regimen was a little skewed today, as I ended up replacing the last low-intensity cardio with a brisk jog to the store with my girlfriend, and changing weights on my lifting session left me a little... underwhelmed, so my next session on day 4 for upper is going to need a bit of tweaking in weights per rep, but overall, I feel pretty darn good.

The only advice I can give to anyone who's going on this: Pre-cook. Given the amount of food you have to eat and the number of times per day, precook as much rice as you can fit into that pot, pre-cook a couple days' worth of chicken breasts, whatever you can to save time later on, or you're going to feel like you're doing nothing all day but watching the clock to cook and eat.

The meal plan specifically says, "large flake, dry". I assumed that meant eaten dry, as well, since you can't really purchase wet oatmeal. lol

But then again, I can't really see what the harm could possibly be in eating them wet.

I would eat them wet - I think it means the flakes are large when dry (not rolled oats that are ground down)... you poor bastard having to eat that sh!t dry

Yeah, I swear it took me 15 minutes to down that plate, even with it mixed in the cottage cheese. I had visions of quitting the system two days in. XD

Wow i am having an incredible hard time in posting lately, it wont let me quick post or advance post.

Anywho day 2 and 3 went so-so. I kinda like the hardcore more, easier to swallow, better burn, better appetite suppression, but i will give this the full 3week run. Took the methyl ripped yesterday got deathly sick, i dont know what was up with that. Today i took it it was ok, couldnt sprint though because we got buckets and buckets of water outside falling.

Ok i think my issue with posting is firewall anywho onto more reviewing.

Im on Day 5 weighed myself yesterday down to 200, will attribute the 2lb loss to the system. Some things i have been having lately are i get sick once in a while after taking the Ripped, don't know why.

The methyl lean to me is more of a sleep aid than anything else, it says to take within one hour of bed but no matter when i take that im out within in twenty minutes and even after having 7-9 hours of sleep i can not awake, so i like that alot.

So far i am just following what back of the book says, and that is a good diet, with a solid cardio and strength training program always works and it is primarily what i was using for the hardcore. I did follow the book to the T on Thursdays workout since i was at school and had access to more machines.

Was on the treadmill that day for 30 minutes, walked 2.25 miles and burned 300 calories.

Now my next sprint day which is tommorow but then i have one on Tuesday when i will be at class, so does anyone know if i just do 1 hour on the treadmill if that will suffice? That should be around 4-5 miles walking and 600 plus calories and what i was going to do was walk 10 minutes, run 5 minutes so as to get heart rate going then cool down then back up, make sense?

Question Methyl Ripped Stomach Hurts

I started taking Methyl Ripped for 3 days already and i have very weird stomach feeling. It hurts and i have a weird feeling. Also going to the bathroom became a lil problem. What can you suggest? Should i stop taking it? Also i didn't notice any energy flow or falling asleep problems.

Bakuboy, as with all thermogenics water is of utmost importance. This cannot be stressed enough. I would try to drink around a gallon of water a day while on any fat burners. If you've already been doing this and are still having stomach and urination issues, then stop use of the product immediately. As well, most nutrition stores are very understanding about these things. If you've only used a couple doses, if you take it back and say it causes bad reactions, they will often credit you. Worth a shot if it comes to it.

I would also like to commend RedDog7979. Well done on your progress! I feel I can relate to you. As of June '07 I was ~250lbs at 6'0ft. Today, I'm 194 when I wake up. I look like a completely different person. Not to mention, my muscles are bulging and every facet of my social life has vastly improved. I say this in hopes it will encourage you to continue your hard work as I know the road can be rough, but so incredibly rewarding!

Back on topic... I used the Ripped System almost exactly a month ago in order to overcome a plateau (~200lbs). This product is solid. I never used the DRY product as I am not competing. Instead, I use a generic water pill by Natrol. I've used several thermogenics (HCH, Lipo-6, Hot Rox). I received diminishing returns with those products but they worked well while they worked. Ripped worked the entire month keeping me motivated and active without many side effects at all. The only noticeable ones are the usuals (take on a empty or near empty stomach and you'll get nauseated). One of the things I was most excited about was my ability to sleep on demand. With other thermogenics, I often struggled to fall asleep. To be honest, I really don't know if LEAN worked or not. There isn't much of a way to test objectively; however, I will say this, continuing my standard workout and cardio plan I was able to drop ~6lbs in all the right places. My hips are straighter and my abs are more prominent. Whether LEAN stacked with RIPPED or not, I don't know, but I definitely saw great results while on this stack.

I followed my own diet and workout routine but did learn a valuable lot from the training guide. Its packed with great information. Anyways, feel free to PM me with any questions you may have.

Best of luck everybody!

I know this thread is pretty much dead, but I'd figure I'd post here anyway. It was after reading the previous posts here that I decided to get the Ripped System. I just started it today and so I'll post my progress.

I'm already kinda lean with just the annoying abdominal and waist fat to drop. I'm not going to follow the recommend diet in the booklet "to the T" because buying and cooking all that is just too much for me. I already eat a lot of chicken breasts, salmon and Protein Shakes. I don't eat too much junk, but there is the occasional slip up when out with friends or on-the-go. But since I'm not going for a "competition level" physique, I'm not stressing it.

The workout and cardio plans look interesting and I'll be attempting to follow those pretty closely. I already worked out 4 days a week and did light cardio 6 days. I was seeing improvement doing this but the belly fat is super-stubborn and slow burning.

I was comfortably maxed out at drinking half a gallon of water a day so going to the FULL GALLON a day is going to be a feat in itself. But I've talked to people who were not even dieting that have said they lost weight by just drinking a lot of water. In their cases, its hard to know if they were also losing muscle mass as well...

I tried Hydroxy Cut in the past and saw little results. But then again I didn't workout as much or drink any near the amount of water that I do now.

Currently I'm 6'2" 190lbs 36" waist

Still too early for major results. I did drop what seems to be 5.5lbs of water weight after by the third day though. I do seem to have more energy now and I'm only on double dosage phase. Unlike Hydroxy Cut, I do not get the jitters and weird heart beating that came with that product. It has been a little difficult to sleep after taking the Methyl Lean at night, might just be my weird sleep habits though.

No complaints so far. The scale has dropped every morning since I started this product. While it may all be water weight at this point (day 5) it is still motivating to keep going. Drinking so much water per day was tough initially but I think the Methyl Ripped makes me so thirsty I welcome it now. Also, I believe the Ripped has gotten me to the point where I automatically get noticeably hungry every couple hours on cue to get those small meals in 5 or 6 times a day.

While I feel a bit leaner I still look the same same in the mirror. But after only 4.5 days, I wouldn't expect a full transformation, LOL...

Currently: 6'2" 183.5lbs 35.5" waist

I'd love to know how your progress is going.

Friend of mine is taking the Mass System made by NxLabs and it has added weight and he was impressed with it. Well I've got a little extra fat around the mid section I'd like to cut out so I think I'll be ordering this Ripped System as well as Syntha 6 so I can have some protein too. Everywhere I've read about the Ripped System everyone has gotten decent results so I figured I'd give it a try and find out for myself.
