Well, my results from the ripped system can't be considered "accurate" since right around the time of my last post I went on a 4 week trip to Trinidad. LOL...the diet and workout regimen I was on got scrapped quickly since I was unable to get access to the food and workout equipment I needed.

However I kept taking the pills and I can say that at the very least it kept me looking the same, not gaining more noticeable fat. When I returned to the States, I hit the pavement and began running and lifting again and noticed a reduction in fat within about a week or two. I think maybe taking that break from my routine got my body to react to it positively once I started back up again.

I will definitely buy another Ripped System stack and try to stick to a regimen. Maybe not do the intense lifting they recommend, but more intense cardio in shorter bursts interests me to help burn the stubborn fat.

I'm not a big guy at all, most of my friends laugh at me when I tell them I want to lose weight. Tall and slender looking actually. Its just the lower belly pudge that i'm trying to get rid of I guess. I can't remember ever just having a totally flat stomach. Would be nice to see if I can do it. Would help the self esteem when going back to the beach, etc. Maybe it's my genes but that never stopped some people, LOL...

Default age?

I had a couple of questions, i am 18, and in college. When u do the ripped system, does age matter, and also i wont have much sleep over the next 3 weeks because i am in college. Will any of these factors affect my overall results? Also, how much time do you have to spend in the gym??!?

At least an hour a day 4-5 times a week if you actually wanna make a change.....and sleep is important, especially if you want to get your muscles growing.....

And the gallon of water a day is good for muscle building and general well being, but once your body is used to pushing that much water around, once you stop drinking that much your body will keep getting rid of the water it all ready has for a few days, leaving you looking tight and shredded.....there's a lot of fancy words and more explanation behind it, but that's the general idea and pro's do that before a show...but usually they start out at 2 gallons or so a day, then dwindle it down....
