Can anyone tell me if continuing Creatine and pre workout drinks is ok on the system?

Also- please elaborate on any side effects. I have to believe some shakes are involved here somewhere.

I'm currently up to 6 pills/day (2 doses of 3 pills) of the Ripped, which is the maximum dosage. I feel a little tingly about 30-60 min after taking it. Nowhere close to the feeling after taking ECA Stack though. Tingly feeling on Ripped usually lasts about 1 hr for me, whereas on ECA, I was in "LaLa Land" for a lot of the day.

I still take the No xplode and Cellmass on workout days ( which have gotten few and far between lately)....

And I'm almost done with the ripped and lean bottles and have yet to figure it out, but somedays I get some unbelievable gas out of those things. But no shakes, shivers, quivers, or anything of that nature.

And I've lost 7-8 pounds doing virtually no cardio, eating whatever, and slacking off on the weight lifting. The good news is I've lost no strength and I haven't been able to see where my muscles have shrunk (I've been very very busy)

But I am going to do another cycle once I get sh!t squared away and actually mean it....

Default week 3

well its the end of week 3 and im done to 177.5 from 193, apparently this week I went doen down from 184 to 177.5, I believe that for some reason I was jsut carrying som extra water weight or something when i weighed in on week 2 cause thats a ridiculous difference. Anyways I believe I will continue the system its working well, and im enjoying my girls encouragement alot , lol.

I think ill do at least one more cycle. I really believe that myt changing my whole stryle and diet helped mostly but dam I think those pills did their job as well. so I got nothing but praise for this system. The books awesome, im getting closer and closer to their actual diet plan as I continue.

The only thing I could change is that I only drink a protein shake on the day I work out. not sure if I wanan start taking the gram per pound? Why mess with a good thing.

I've been using NXCare's Methyl Ripped pills (not the system) with my own diet (basically just trying to eat healthy), going to the gym 3-4 times a week, and running every day. I started about a month ago, at 223lbs. Now I'm at 210lbs, have had to punch holes in my belt, and have really leaned up. I don't really get any jitters, but my only complaint is that I sometimes get some aches and joint pains. Does anyone else experience this?

Default Before and After Pics

Well, i completed the Ripped cycle a couple weeks ago and I am posting the before and after pics. I must note I did not use the Dry, I did stick pretty strictly to the diet, maybe only substituing types of protein. (Tuna for steak, steak for chicken, chicken for steak, etc.) I found myself almost staying the same weight since I think i gained some muscle. I wasnt too bad so i did not use the scale, only the mirror. But from my recolection I think i lost around 5-10 pounds. I found the ripped pills to lose their kick after 3 days of 3 pills twice daily. Maybe go back to redline pills or the serum. We'll see.

I did not use the dry but I am going to try it. I really want to know how I am going to get shredded-shredded. Like super cut to where I have an official 6 pak. Diet is still straight, lifting heavier, and stil doing cardio. Maybe going to try Anadrox by I believe by MHP. If anyone has anything to say about that product please let me know. Thanks, and good luck to all.

I'm 6'1", about 210lbs, and 18% BF. I really want to break the 190 mark and get the BF down. Think this system is worth the money? I'm definitely on a budget, so it would be significant for me to invest in this.

Default best for newbs?

Ill be honest this is a fantastic system if your newer to weight loss, and not overly educated on the subject.

The pills, taken 3 times a day keep you on track and Psychologically give you a great boost as you take 2 seperate pills to help 24/7 weight loss.

The book is very helpful, very detailed and gives great advice on a lot of ways to loose weight from excersise plans to meals.

Whether its good for a seasoned pro, that I dont know, is the actual chemicals top of the line, that I dont know, but they do work, and the entire package, cause that is what it really is, everything you need to do in your life to become cut is in one bundle has been working great for me

My sister is a nurse practicioner and I asked her about this system. She said basically it will put your heart on overdrive- so it proabably wouldn't be good to do anymore than 1 cycle, if any.

I'm being lazy here.......does ripped system contain ephedra?

I would like to purchase the product online but customs will fleece it if it contains eph.

If you are referring to NX Care Ripped System, then no. It does not contain ephedra.

Default Progress

Thankls for the positive remarks....I did not stick to the sprinting but i did do cardio 2 a day, and instead of cardio i would sometimes do HIIT on the elliptical.

Anyways, I want to start something next week, not sure what though, maybe Anadrox or Redline again. We shall see. I don't think I am goign to use Methyl Ripped again though.
