tomorrow is my last day.....i am not taking the Dry since I am going away in about 3 weeks and want to take it then. I changed my workout to a ON ON, OFF, ON ON, OFF regime utlizing heavy weights halfway through the program. CHest, Back Biceps, OFF (HIIT), Shoulder Triceps, Legs, OFF (HIIT), my cardio sessions in the morning usually were a 2 mile run around my town, but my knees have started to hurt, so i took it easy and stay with the bike and elliptical.

I can say that I actually got STRONGER on this program, and can see myself getting more ripped. THe interestin part is that my weight stayed consistent. I made every set count, and i think i put on some muscle. I followed the diet to a T, the only difference is replacing things such as chicken for tuna, or tuna for chicken, or, steak one night instead of the hamburgers...etc.

I have before and after pictures I will post. I wish everyone good luck. I am staying on the diet, but i think i am going to use a different fat burner supplement. I am gearing more towards a redline type of product. Methyl Ripped effect wore off pretty quickly after i got up to the 3 capsules.

Just a side note, it does say SAMPLE diet on the meal plans, so I think if you keep the fat/carb/protein %'s close to that it'll work just the same.....A few more days and my Gold Card's useful again I'm gonna find out for sure....

Default Dry

Ive just started using using ripped system and am impressed already by how much energy it gives me. My running is much improved and my endurance is getting better.

The question I have is on the Dry. Im not sure how it workrs in the sense of what were supposed to do. Do we still drink our gallons of water and run/weights during this period ? diet? And do we take dry in conjunction with the other pills or wait tillafter the cycle?

What will give the best results?

Thanks Andrew

Just ordered this system today.....I'm already fairly lean (5'9" 165ish....prol around 11-12% BF), but want to look my best when I go to beach in late july. I'll try and keep a pretty good log and post before and after pics.

Wasn't really planning on going on another cutting cycle til i read some of these reviews and had to try for myself.

Besides.....EVERYONE'S DOIN IT!!!

Default week 1

Yeah I started taking this as I wanted to cut down before putting on size and the first week has gone really well for me.

Im 5'10 and started at 193, and at the end of the first week at 185.5. Hopefully it isnt mostly water weight, I can hope can't I, but Ive always found the first week to be easy for me, it will be the next 2 that really decide if im consistantly losing weight or not. Although im not following the diet I have cahnged my diet alot, ie from a horrible one to a healthy one, and have really lowered my calories.

When I started this, I also started going back to the gym. I had recent surgery on my shoulder so have been unable for about 8 Months. I performed weight lifting on every other day, and cardio every day for 1 hr. Since I really had no muscle to worry about losing as I havent weightlifted in over 8 months Ive noticed muscle improvement even on my very low calorie diet. Go 1 gallon of water per day !!!!! wohoooo I Officially want coke back

As I said before week one is always pretty easy for me with supplements or not so I'm just gonna have to see.

ps .. dam scale said 183.5 yesturday .. I liked that more

Default Exactly what I was looking for

Reddog...

Thanks for the post, I am starting my the system at 245 and I had not read any post from ppl around this weight. Im 5'8 but I have a build more like a Linebacker with a gut. I was worried this was more for guys that were already below 225. I only bought the RIPPED but I believe I may go back and pick up the night burner too. I am going to see what my own diet results in before I try and follow the plan, my life is a little to fast to try and stick with it. I will do the morning sprints though.

All....

If anyone has any ideas or diet plans for me please pass them along. My weight moves from 245 to about 215 when I do diet but its hard to maintain because I seem to flatten out around 210 . I want to get back to 180 so I will be reading and posting as much as possible.

I am going to wait till Mon 10Jul to start mine but I was wondering the same...are ppl following the diet or doing their own? Same with the workouts? Should I really drink a gallon of water? I had someone tell me you can down yourself from too much water intake. Do I need to weigh my meals? Can I just eat healthy? Theres a lot of info in this forum and im having a timne keeping up.

I'm trying it out right now.......and the only thing I've changed is I walk the dog early in the morning before breakfast. I haven't changed my diet or exercise one bit, so I doubt I'll notice much just from the pills, but I'll find out in a couple more weeks when I'm done.

I have found the system to be just so so..........HOWEVER, i came up with my own guidelines completely.

The main reason i did the system, was that being a model, i had become too muscular for a certain job, and had 2 weeks to drop both some fat, and muscle too. At 5'10, its a lot easier to look stocky in pictures than the real tall guys.

Anyway, i didnt lift a single weight for those two weeks, ran every day, and did sit ups religiously.

It worked well, however, now that i dont need to lose any more weight, and im done w/ the photo shoot, i dont want to keep doing it, i wanna start lifting and getting back what i lost

Beginning weight : 164
after two weeks: 156

I am extrememly cut, but didnt have a whole lot of fat to begin with. I think im gonna save the rest of my pills and the dry, and do another cycle of it after the holiday season!!

Is it because you only wanted to lose that much that you didnt try to lose more?
I have like 60 pounds i want to lose and I dont want this is just put me back to where Ive been before just dieting. I want to get over the hump of 210. I think once I break that plane Ill be aight but I havent been able to do it on my own.
Im not crazy I dont want instant results like that right now but I do want to see improvement.
Also, I havent seen any pictures. Is it because no one has thought to do it or no one wants too?

I've been on them for about a week, and haven't done a thing but walk the dog (been really busy) and did a kick-ass workout today and noticed some veins in my biceps...Hmmm never seen them before!! Shoulders have more shape, too......still ain't got no 6-pack though.

So I think the ripped and lean pills work well. If I had more time I would do the actual execises and diet in the book. But so far I am impressed with the actual "product"

Has anyone noticed that the basic ingedient in the LEAN is green tea? I have heard before that green tean helps you lose weight at night. I think im gonna stick to the RIPPED for now and drink tea befoew bed and see if it helps.

Default 2nd

Week 2 for me on the ripped system im at 184. Now im not sure if my small gains could be because im putting on muscle, before this cycle I hadn't worked out in a year due to a really ****ty injury so is it possible im losing more fat but gaining a little muscle making it look like im not losing anything? Well ill hope so but either way a little dissapointed with the results.

My diet was pretty good this week, only one day did I cheat, for my birthday, I guess you shouldnt have cheat days when on this system. Also while I have been doing weights every other day, my cardio has turned mostly into long walks 1hr +, I think this week Ill try the HITT I keep hearing about.

So this last week I plan to increase my cardio hardcore and not cheat. If I dont see much results then frankly I really dont see why I need this, or if it does anything. I seem to always reach a hump and cant get below 182, but we will see. The one thing this system is great for if nothing else is the motivation, I can't take the pills then go eat unhealthy, therefore by taking my 9 pills a day im always giving myself a reason to eat well, ie im cheap and refuse to waste my money.

Default continued use ripped system

How many cycles of ripped system can be taken before you would have to change it up a bit to avoid any kind of plateau? Since the system is so unpredictable as is I would think you could take 4 (21 Day) cycles without any issues? Any input would be appreciated.

This product is sounding really good!
It would be even better to see before & after pics from people who are about to start a cycle!

Did anyone get jittery or trouble sleeping on this system?

Also, can this be taken in conjunction with creatine and a pre workout drink like Shock or NOXplode?

I am on my 2nd week of the ripped system and I am pleased with my results so far. My starting weight was 202lbs and I'm currently at 199lbs. The numbers on the scale dont seem too impressive but the results are noticeable. I slacked some during the first week due to hardly being able to move by thurs but I hadn't done any cardio or lifting for almost 6 months.

I am extremely sensitive to any kind of stimulants(nicotine, caffeine, ephedra) and suprisingly my side affects have been very mild. Now that I am up to taking 6 of the methyl ripped a day I have slight jitters but they dont last long. I have been sweating a bit more than normal but not too bad. About 6 months ago I tried using Lipo6 and I would shake and sweat like a recovering heroin addict. I had hardly any fat loss with that product and a ton of side affects. I guess it all depends on how your body reacts to different substances and what works for someone might not work for someone else. This product seems to be working for me so I'm sticking to it.

Smile Total Review

Alright here is my total review on the Ripped System.

I did one full bottle of just Ripped, then a 108 count bottle of Ripped that comes in the system with the Lean (didnt try the Dry, saving for a Rainy Day), then another full bottle of Ripped and right now i am about 3/4 through another bottle. With my lifestyle right now, I enjoy eating what i want when i want and diets have not been that easy to follow. I work for a concrete company and do not go to the gym regularly or do cardio. I usually work 10 hour days 6 days a week and believe me its a workout in itself. So i cant comment on the workout plan or sample diets in the ripped book but I can tell you about my personal experience.

I started this whole thing at about 283. At first i noticed that shakey feeling but after about 3 days my body started getting used to the caffeine and the other ingredients. After the frist bottle I honestly didnt see that much difference in weight. The biggest benefit was the energy that i got at work which in turn made my body work harder and feel a lot better at the end of the day. I had a buddy of mine that lost over 100 lbs on various things and he told me the same thing, that he didnt see anything after the first bottle so I went for the second. After the second I lost a solid 10 lbs and felt really great, coming home from work with energy which never happened before, i usually hit the bed and was out like a light. The only thing that i noticed from the Lean is that if I took it before bed and had a little bit in my stomach, i woke up feeling like that food was gone and was ready to start the day. The one thing that i can say is that after the second bottle there was about a 3 day period where i did not take the Ripped. I can say that I was completely tired and had no energy probably because my body was so used to the caffeine rush twice a day. So I picked up another bottle and so on and so on.

Right now I love taking the Ripped and im still eating whatever whenever. I try to substitute stuff that I know i really dont need and I try eating less but so far it seems to be working for me well. My weight right now is down to 261 which is a 22 lb loss in about 3 months. I have tried various things to lose weight other than supplements and it seems like nothing works so seeing these results is absolutely amazing for me. I plan on starting a good workout plan as well as a good diet when the concrete season ends at the end of October and maybe try the Mass System but until then I hope to see my weight drop to about 250 maybe less.

I wish i took before pictures but I didnt even think about it when I started. I will post again if anything changes or I see more results.
