Default Clenbuterol

I know this is off topic, but so many people talking about clenbuterol, and the reason i bring it up is because in the RIPPED BOOK he compares methyl ripped to it. I am up to 3 pills a serving of methyl and its losing its kick....I know clen is not an over the counter GNC/VItamin Shoppe product, but I wonder the realistic side effects on humans it has, along with the actual scientific reasons for fat loss. If it works similair to ephedra (constricting blood vessels) I would def rule it out ultimately, but it is for humans, and it does help with breathing, I wonder if it actually taxes the body in a negative matter. Be interesting to analyze the risk/benefit ratio.

Yeah, I'm on day 14 or 15, and the RIPPED has been losing it's kick. The weight loss seems to have slowed down and I'm starting to feel drowsey during the day. Not like day 4 or 5 when I would get a bit wired from it. I guess that's just the body getting used to the effects. But I don't take it as a good sign. It'll be interesting when I finish the cycle to see if I can function without it. Because my energy levels have REALLY dropped. On the other hand, I DID go from 152 to about 145.5. Thats a marked reduction in weight. Doesn't seem to be muscle loss either, since my lifts are all about the same.

As for diet, I havn't been following it 'to the T'. I eat only 3-5 meals a day. 6 was waay to much food for me. I eat the same kinds of food though, i.e. oatmeal and 1% cottage cheese for breakfast; Chicken/veggies/rice, turkey, tuna. Still a super clean diet, but I've been mixing and matching within the bounds of the suggested percentages of fat/carb/protine a day.

Yeah, I have been seeing some results. after the end of the 21 days I am going to give it some what of another whirl, incorporating my own weight training split. I think I am neglecting a lot of muscles using the breakdown he suggests.

I like the diet though, and the meal ideas. I am going to recalculate my BMR at the end and probably try another weight loss supplement...I still have the redline serum, talk about a KICK. lol. thinking about throwing that sh*t in the mix with a similiar routine.

My biggest problem with the RIPPED program is: Why am i sprinting the next day after legs all the time? I mean, my legs took a beating. I can now run like a mad man, i run 3 miles around my town, but i mean, come on, can my legs take a break? i didint do cardio today only because i need to let my legs rest. tomorrow is a sprint day.

Default 5 days left

I almost done with the system. With 5 days left, I dont know what to expect after the antiwater pill. I feel better and my strength has increased in the gym. I was following the diet to the T in the beginning and I really got sick of the meals. So I substituted and switched a few of the meals around but I kept the carbs versus proteins ratios the same. The scale is shifting between 176-178. I started the program at 184. My pants are barely holding on now and I'll have to switch my wardrobe. I've actually gained a lot of muscle and decreased my body fat. I've only lost about 8 pounds but it feels like 20. This is the first program that has had this type of effect on me. I like it! I probably wont repeat it - just keep the fat burner...

As someone who doesnt have a whole lot of fat on them, prob around 12% at most, would you guys recommend doing this whole system or just the methyl ripped? I also usually experience a lot of muscle loss when cutting back down and I want to avoid that as much as possible.

Please post your updates of the first few weeks after the system as I am very curious to see the rebound effects of these products.

The book claims this stuff was developed to keep muscle loss to a minimum.

I wanna try it, but no way I'll be able to stick to that diet and exercise routine, not driving a truck and picking meals from a truckstop menu. I guess I'll be the test mule as to how well the actual supplements work.

after fully finishing the cycle.. I have to say it is very effective... I used to weigh 228 and i dropped to 222... but i was solid ... I could say ive never been that cut before... I found that the more fat i lost the harder i would work in the gym... like I said before I didnt think the workouts were good so i did my own... and just ate very healthy... eating many meals a day and boosting myself up with 2-3 protein shakes a day... tell u the truth I think i might have been wrong about the methyl dry... I found that the last 3 days I became so tight it felt great... its a good experiment to try... i find u really see what being tight is all about... but Im on to buying another cycle and Im goin to try to work just as hard if not harder... and get greater results for round 2... ...

yeah i may actually begin to change my workouts after tomorrow which is a light leg day. i have to say though, i think that the sprinting (HIIT) is effective. the fat loss is slower than i guess doing an hour everyday, but i can say that my strength has been consistent....

Default Yeah!

alex223 congrats! I'm right behind you and I've lost about 6-8 pounds as well (184 to 176). This system works. This morning at the track was amazing; the gym last night (chest day) was amazing; the night fat loss pill (amazing).

I dont know what NX CARE did to create this and I really dont care - the total program works with minimal side effects so far No quivers and shakes....

Anyway, I start the dueritic on Sat. I keep you all posted

(I also upped the protein shakes to 5 a day plus the meals)

Question

Hey! I'm new around here... this forum has so much infor its crazy, thanks to the owner for setting up a place like this!

I just purchased the RIPPED system and want to start taking it. I need to lose some weight by August 12th 2006. Well I don't need to, but I want to. I have a wedding that day and I'm part of the party.

I weigh 178lbs and I have a natural build. I'm a Site manager in Construction and I constantly go for 8-9 hours a day. I get lots of cardio in and some good weight training too without even stepping in a gym, but I do go atleast 3 times a week. I'm 28 and I'm gaining that old man fat around the waist & gut area. If I force it, the six packs still there. Hidding... lol

So, I get my Ripped system from SND Canada today and I'm reading the book. They keep talking about this MASS system and I'm wondering, should I maybe bulk up before I start the RIPPED?

Or

Do the RIPPED system, but before using the DRY bulk up first?

I'm going to check out the webiste they sugest, but since so many of you here have had such great results, I was wondering if you have any for me.

I just don't want to loose all the weight and look puny, ya know...

Any and all info is welcome!

Thanks

I went over to GNC and bought the book for 99 cents and was talking to the manager, and he said the M.A.S.S. system is ok, but it's "old technology". There's other stuff out that's got newer research behind it and should produce better results. I think he was talking about BSN's stack, with the No Xplode, Cellmass, Axis HT, and whatever else is in the box.

Anyway, I'm hoping for some reviews on the MASS kit, too. I got a class reunion at the end of July so I wanna try the RIPPED kit before hand, then start "bulking" again....

As an employee of GNC, I think the manager is just trying to get extra commission. I think that BSN's mass stack box has a $4 commission. Also, you aren't getting very much in the BSN box, just a few packets of NO-xplode and Cellmass, and the bottle of Nitrix and Axis HT.

I've heard pretty good things from people regarding the MASS system, and I've read the book, as well. It seems to be a decent system, but I'm not going to try it.

Default Diuretic - DAY17 of 21

I started the diuretic phase of the program this morning and I haven't pissed yet. I feel a bit strange today. I been drinking water like a champ and still nothing. Other than that, I'm done with the program on Sat. The time goes by quick and the program is relatively easy to stick too. I'm down to 176 - I know I'll get to about 172 over the next 3 days with the water leaving.

I'll keep everyone posted!

I can't say I cheated on this diet. The only thing that may have constituted cheating is having a slice of whole wheat multi grain bread instead of two rice cakes, or putting in Splenda sweetened no fat ice cream in my shake instead of two rice cakes.

I pledged to follow the diet as strict as possible and I have. Maybe replacing some meals with different meat, like chicken intead of tuna (since it has been documented that eating tuna more than 2 a week could be hazardous to ure health to do increased mercury) etc, etc.

Like i said in an earlier post, i followed the workouts, but recently changed to a split IMO is more beneficial.

Sprint, Chest, Back BI's, sprint, shoulder tris, REPEAT

is what I am following now. I felt as if I was neglectinng muscles using the workoput methods he was describing. I also had issues sprinting after legs, and most of my morning cardio would be running 2 miles outside, then at night running again, so my legs were pretty beat between the cardio and doing legs twice a week. A little extreme if u ask me.

I've tried the Redline but only the RTD bottle & the serum and the serum is some serious stuff. lol That's obvious though because the serum is supposed to be way more potent than a whole RTD bottle of it but Redline is some pretty strong stuff.

After a couple months of using it maybe 2 or maybe 3 times MAX a week, I didn't like it after I tried another product similar to it (by looking at the ingredients) called Xtreme Shock by Advanced Nutrient Science. I bought it at a 7-11 on e night before heading out to a club and I liked it a lot. Tastes a bit like medicine but then again so does Redline. It comes in Fruit Punch and Grape but the 7-11 by my house only sells it in Grape.

The serving size is 1 bottle but the bottle isn't big whatsoever. I still get the same buzz and energy and mental clarity I did w/ Redline minus the feeling of feeling cracked out.

Just wanted to put my 2 cents in if you all don't mind.

Here's a pic of it.

I'll tell ya, i was in florida on vacation, and i got up late and wanted to get the gym in before i had to go on a day trip and i drank a bottle of redline, maybe halfway, before having anything to drink. And i tell ya, horrible cracked out feeling....feels like ure ure "not there." Almost as if ure in another world. Very uncomfortable feeling. I also took the serum once before going to the gym a day after a long night of drinking and it really affected me badly. The stuff just has to be taken correctly. And alcohol doesnt help.

Reminds me of a funny story where there was this kid in GNC telling people in the store (myself and some associates) that he took M1T. U should have seen my face...i was like "YOU took m1T?????" the kid looked like he couldnt have any less muscle mass. So then, he was like "yeah man, supplements dont affect me at all i guess, one day i drank 4 cans of redline in an hour and never felt anything." I looked at everyone in the store with the "is this guy an idiot look" and just left. lol

lol funny story bro.

You should try the Xtreme Shock I recommended. I think you'll like it. You had the same experience(s) on Redline as me.

. Blegh...

. I've seen squat come out of this. As with others, I used my own workouts and the same old clean diet, but I haven't had as much luck as you all have had with it.

. My body is quite weird, becuase it is really picky on what it responds to. With some things it will amplify effects, and others it will completely resisit them. The methyl ripped, 1-2 pills didnt do anything. Taking three pills, it gives me a little boost, but I get this huge crash after it wears off. The lean, it's not as effective as popping a Rev XP the second before I hit the bed.

. I tried it out becuase I was curious having read your alls reviews, and the fact Rev XP works wonders on me for some reason unknown so I was willing to trust NxCare on this one. Testing supps costs me way too much money given the way my body responds to things.

. The dry, that one should be interesting here in a few days. I'll just be sure to eat my nanners the day before to prevent cramps lol.

. Anyone that took Rev taken Lipo 6 and liked it? I've been considering giving it a shot, but I might just stick with what I know works till I get down where I want to be for a few months.

. Just my 2 cents. Skitt.
