THIS PROGRAMS WORKS! REMEMBER drink as much water as possible (120-200 ounces daily) Alex 223 whatz up and thanks for starting this forum. I am on day 9 today and I look like a different person. I've gone from 184 to 177 and my body fat percentage is getting lower by the day. Arms are cut, chest is bulked out, shoulders are unforunately shrinking, stomach is shrinking (two pack now ). Initially, I tried to follow the program to the T. I had to change a few things around. I got sick of the meals and always eating. So I replaced a few of the meals with Protein shakes (40grams) and I only eat carbs twice a day (after morning workout and about 12:30PM)

PILLS! A few jitters when I take three of the RIPPED in the morning and afternoon. Also, slight heart burn from popping so many pills

My run has increased on the track! I feel like a young deer racing for his life when I running. They cant catch me!

I might try this out, but for me, at least initially, it would not be a deer.. more like a rhino running. Keep up the good work.

Hey everyone, just took my first dose of methyl dry not too long ago.. and boy ive been to the washroom 3 times so far.. This system seems to be great... I wish I actually followed a set eating routine for all of the 21 days... I could have been alot more cut... I find the 21 day cycle is the best thing Ive ever taken.... I think Im goin to jump inot another cycle of the system again... or maybe just the ripped pills alone...

Everyone keep doin what ur doin... follow the dieting and cardio... it really shows after a while... I can say that being on day 19 right now... I did my own workouts though for the most part just keeping the intensity high... and doing cardio almost everyday... as for abdominals... I find its the best to do them everyday as well, but nothing too intense... you notice a difference with this system very fast... I primarily worked my lower abs cause thats where the fat hangs usually on everyone ...Anyway... I still got 2 days to go and then I think I might jump into the cycle again....

Anyone know if the Methyl Dry or any diuretic for that matter makes you dehydrated or does it actually do what it says and just decreases your water retention?

On day 7 of the system right now.

Be back with more results soon!!!

Same thing.....you will become dehydrated if you don't keep your water intake up.

Default Amazing product

I can't say anything bad about methyl RIPPED.

I just finished day 7 and am feeling great. I'm taking 6 pills a day now and the fat is MELTING away. I started at 152. I'm now down to, steady, 146! Some of that must have been water weight, but I have seen a very very definate reduction in fat deposits around my stomach, love handles, and buttocks.

I made some alterations to the program, however. I only do 1 running session after my workout at night. I also eat only 3-4 meals a day. I was getting to feel bloated eating 6 for the first 2 days. I have noticed a marked increase in my cardio fitness levels as well. It seems that not only does RIPPED cut fat, It increases performance. But as someone stated before, "thats what ephedrin does to you"

I also took before pics. I'll take some 'afters' when I finish the cycle and post them (if I can figure out how)

Default day 11 - YES! 10 more days...

All the positives on this forum prove that this system is a sure winner. I'm on belt # 2 now (last hole in belt again). At the office, they are calling me "the incredible shrinking man". I love it! I also agree with some of you others in regards to increased performance. I can run my butt off again! I haven't felt like this in years. I ran 5 miles on Tuesday just to see if I could. I didn't have a problem whatsoever. I woke up the next morning two pounds lighter. I'm down to about 175. I think I'll also repeat this system because it works!

Great to hear everyone is having so much progress with this system. Sounds like most are gonna continue w/ another cycle. But, If anyone decides to cycle off, keep us posted on after effects (1-2 weeks later). Since this is a pre-comp system, I'm kinda curious in weight loss due to fat vs. water (esp since the last stage is a diuretic). Congrats to everyone for sticking w/ the program and please keep us updated on results. Keep it up......

I figured that the diuretic would be fluff if you weren't scraping along at 4% body fat. I probably won't even do DRY, because frankly, I'm not a professional body builder, i'm at about 9% body fat right now, and I don't need to do a diuretic for 1 great day at the beach.

Besides, subcataneous(sp) water is supposed to be there, anyway. Why would you want to get rid of it if you weren't trying to peak for a compitition?

I can say that i pretty much follow the diet to a T. THe only thing i do is substitute meals, meaning, I will use protein isolate instead of the egg whites. Im not eating 10 egg whites a day, sorry lol. Once a week i guess i can, but not every or every other day. I am on day 10 today and i can say that i do see a difference, but I am at aroodun 10%, so things arent drastic, a lot of fat came off my arms, and now around my chest, the love handles and abs are going to def be last. I follow the workouts exactly in regards to the rep/rest/set, but i subsitute some exercises. Meaning, I dont do decline, i do flat bench, and on the day it says to do flat bench, i do incline dumbell. After the 21 days i am going to set up my own workout regime, but keep the sprints and daily carido in, and VERY VERY similiar diet.
