hey, I was reading the label for SizeON on a site, and I'm kind of confused... On training days, do you sip one serving throughout your workout, and take 1 serving before bed, or do you just take one serving a day through your workout on traing days?

Just looking out for you! I attempted to answer your question in the other thread on Size On but you didn't reply so it's not our fault. You could've kept it going on that same thread. SizeOn Check the last post Anyways! Directions: To optimize uptake and absorption of SizeOn mix one serving with 16-20 ounces of water and take orally once per day immediately before bed and on training days mix one serving with 16-20 ounces of water and drink during workout. In conclusion, you should be taking one serving on off days right before bed and on training days you take your serving during your workout. One serving a day.
