Default zma and whey

Hi,
I have been training for 6 month and i think i have good results. I have been taking only whey protein. Now i decided to add some ZMA in my diet, but the problem is that i am training late in the evening(10:00 pm till 11:30) and i drink the protein after workout, which is one hour before bed and i do not know how to combine the zma and the protein, because i read that zma should not be taken with calcium.
i was thinking is it a good idea to take the ZMA right after workout and one hour after that to take the protein shake just before i go to bed.
Thank you and i apologize for my bad English.

I think I would take the protein shake mixed with water right after the workout, then take the zma before crawling into bed. Keep the focus on the protein, not the zma.
