Quick Note for the MODS: This review has pictures included. I hope its alright that I just post everything together here in the review section. If not sorry, just let me know.
Alright everyone, here's my Superdrol (SD) review. I just want to say that this is the best shape I have ever been in. I FIRMLY believe that the SD played the most important role in that. Heres why: My diet during this cycle was not as good as it has been in previous cycles when I was using M-1-T and way back when I was using 1-AD. Don't get me wrong, my diet was still VERY clean, it has just been cleaner in the past. If I was to rate my diet on this cycle on a scale of 1-10, one being the worst, I would give it a solid 8. My commitment on going to the gym has been better in the past too, HOWEVER, I can say that once I was in the gym, I focused more and put more effort into my lifts on this cycle as opposed to previous ones. I really worked the "Mind to Muscle" connection that I read about here: http://bodybuilding.about.com/od/how...overmuscle.htm. I know it sounds a little like [sarcastically] "Um, yeah...thats what your supposed to do". But I really focused and it helped me out. A key supplement other than the SD that I want to mention was "Muscle Milk" protein. I know I am going to sound like a spokesperson for a minute, but seriously, its the best protein I have used. When I say that, I mean as far as MY body goes. There are some tough SOB's here that can sacrifice taste for betting a better deal financially, but I'm not one of them. If I have a bad tasting protein it will really discourage me from working out. I used to take Nitro Tech and I used to gag while drinking it, I swore to myself never again would I put myself through that. Besides how awesome Muscle Milk is to drink, it mixes REAL easy. But most importantly, the high fat content DID NOT cause any unwanted pounds (fat). Despite what I was assuming it would do, it did the opposite. It kept me lean and was a great protein supplement. This review is the complete cycle, including the PCT. A two month stretch. The bad news is that all the "Before" pictures I took got corrupted when I was transferring them onto a CD rom from a different computer. They were awesome to as far as showing the difference. That was one thing I was very proud of was how every picture that was taken before matched perfectly (pose for pose) on all the pictures taken after. After losing all the before pictures I almost didn't want to do the review, but I thought that would be a huge waste. I didn't do any weight measurements, frankly I never do. I either always forget or end up using two different scales. I did do some taping though and the results are in this thread. One more thing, I didnt go for either a bulk or a cut. I was just going for a get in better shape routine. I did do cardio, but it was always in the morning of the days I didn't have to go to work and then I lifted later that night. Side Effects: Not much to complain about. I have always had a few blemishes here and there on my face since the age of 14. Nothing too crazy though. An occasional "Aw man, I hope no one notices that". A little on my shoulders, just a little, but as far as acne goes, nothing dramatic. No gyno. No anger/aggression problems. some lethargy as far as getting TO the gym. I would get stuck on the couch sometimes and get really sleepy, I work the night shift too right now so I had that against me, but once I got IN the gym, I was WAY PUMPED. Lastly, I've had my blood work done and everything came back fine. My AST and TEST levels most importantly. The level of Alkaline Phosphatase was a little higher than normal, but nothing to be worried about. This of course is all according to my doctor, I don't really try to breakdown my lab work and research everything myself. Now I know the amount of SD is high, I have 4-AD in the mix, I ran a 4 week cycle and PCT and I didn't use Nolva or clomid for the PCT, I know that all sounds a little unconventional. I don't think what I did was unreasonable, but I am aware that some things I did was out of the norm. I don't want this review to be taken as a "suggestion" on how to run a cycle, I posted this only as a review for what SD did for ME at this amount and duration. The attachments consist of my pictures and a calendar depicting my workout days, cardio days and diet cheat meals. Pictures--I know that my chest and legs are underdeveloped. My legs are coming around A LOT faster than my chest. The lighting doesn't do my legs justice. In all honesty, my legs look a lot better in real life. I couldn't even take "just leg" pictures either. They would just be white and you couldn't see anything so you have to look at them when I am in the complete body poses. Thats why there is more than one of those shots. As far as chest goes. I have no defense. I have posted a few times that I have a really hard time building a chest. My mom was built short and a little heavy but my dad is over 6 feet and built like a bean pole. So are all my uncles. (Just a little genetic background on myself). But my chest is coming slowly but surely. Measurements Before Bodyfat by caliper-17 Waist-34 Chest-40 Shoulders from delt to delt-24 Biceps/Triceps-15 1/4 Forearms-12 1/4 Quads/Hams-22 Calves-14 3/4 Measurements After Bodyfat by caliper-16 Waist-33 Chest-40 3/4 Shoulders from delt to delt-24 1/8 Biceps/Triceps-16 Forearms-13 Quads/Hams-23 1/8 Calves-15 1/4 The numbers (to me anyway) don't look that impressive. In fact, I really don't think I got that much bigger statistically wise. But I think that the look I have no verse a month ago is a leaner more muscular look. I mean please please don't read this as me being arrogant or into myself. Thats not the case at all. The point I want to make is despite how little I increased in the taping measurements, the product really worked and it worked well.

Being this wasn't your first cycle, i think i counted it being at least your third...you are still very small.. 175lbs?? Running superdrol usually puts on 15lbs. I think you are just messing up your body but what do i know. After running as many cycles as you have and still only 175, i must admit your results are not spectacular by any means.

OK, I got the pictures up. I must not have saved them the first time I uploaded them. As far as some peoples comments, I was totally expecting that. I wont take anyones comments personally and I will take them as constructive. This was my first SD cycle, but not my first PS cycle by any means. I have always done a lot of research before starting and always take the proper precautions as far as blood testing and PCT set up. Like I said in the post, I know my habits on this cycle were not normal and I was ready to deal with the results, bad or good and the consequences. If there was anyway you could have seen the before pictures and compared them to the after pictures it would show that the cycle was not a waste. In the "This is what I am working with" post I posted a couple of pictures Mid-Cycle. I think the Lat developement was easy to see, but I dont know, some might disagree. Well, anyway I hope to not have made any enemies because of this cycle, I know what I did was a little over the top, but I honestly dont believe I was reckless. Now, if that was my first experience with any kind of PS and I was new to working out and dieting, than I would feel guilty and ashamed, but thats not the case and I feel OK. The results really dont sound that impressive, I agree, I really wish I had the before pictures to prove it. It wasnt a complete transformation, but the gains were solid, that I swear by. Anyway, please leave comments, whatever is in your heart and on your mind and I will take it and learn from it. Thanks.

Great review. You are lookin pretty good I would say. As far as the dosing goes I am glad it worked out for you and it is good you did not get sides. I guess I personally would not dose that high but it's cool it worked.

There are plenty of possible side effects! Be careful, sounds like you are being careful, but side effects may come at any time!
I read about this guy who had these side effects with just 3 weeks at 10mg being on this stuff: high blood pressure stomach aches headaches waking up drenched in sweat lethargy and back pain. *he did say helped his sex drive, but I'm unsure if it is worth the cons!* he recommended some of these to take along with it: Fish oil coq10 milk thistle hawthorne berry red yeast rice just looking out for ya!

I must say Bro, 40 mg of SD is dangerous. And for 3 weeks also, Usaully you stop seeing any gains after the 3 weeks, not sure why you would run it for 4 weeks, but I am glad you're sides were minimal. I ran 30 mg of SD for the last week of my cycle and the back pumps were insane, I am supprised you report no back pains what so ever. Well at least you had Nolva on hand, RXT for PCT just does not cut it bro, but the choice and decision is all up to you. Glad to hear you're blood work came back fine. You're picture's look good but it is hard to compare with out the before pictures. 175 lbs is a little low in weight. What was you're starting weight before you're cycle. And also why were you running Hot Rox if SD is a bulking cycle. You could have run Retain but during PCT!!!!! But in all I am glad to hear everything is fine so far.
