Question Glutamine ? during a w/o, opinions/advice?

Ok, for some, not all, but for some workouts I drink some BCAA's along with 10grams or so of glutamine. My recovery seems to be 10 fold greater when I do this, but during my w/o I tend to feel like complete ****?

First off I do not really know why this is. Ok the gluatime discussion about absorbtion, etc, etc I know about. FOR ME I have found that when I take it during a workout, OR on a empty stomach it seems to help me recover better, but it upsets my stomach. This leads me to the conclusion that when I have an empty stomach, the glutamine fights with nothing for absorbtion and therfore I ulilize more of it, but why the tummy ache? It makes me feel like I am going to throw up.

I will say that when I use GNC's gluatime the tummy does not get near as upset. I recently bought some cheap glutamine off the net and maybe that is why the tummy ache is more prominant. All the same I can tell it to some degree with both. Maybe I should try AST's micronized glutamine?

Any thoughts/suggestions??

It costs an arm and a leg though...I looked into it, but decided against it for now. My current financial situation is not permitting supps of that price!
