Well I purchased The No Explode and tried the 1st day with 1 scoop then the 2nd day with 1 1/2 scoop.So far I havent felt any extra energy nor have I gotten this incredible pump I keep hearing about.The pumps I've gotten are the same while on the BN cee.I can tell you that I am weaker in the gym due to dizziness from working out on an empty stomach then drinking this stuff.
I will bump it up to 2 scoops and see what happens,Although I can bet I will get more dizzy from drinking more of this on an empty stomach. |

Truthfully you cant really expect anything from taking it the first day. give it time to saturate your muscles and stuff... I think (if you respond to it) you'll be happy with the cycle

I hope this stuff is for real, I got some No-Explode, and Some Cell Mass along with some protein. I am trying to cut some weight, to about 180, before I start. I have to make weight to go into the Guard. So by the end of this month, I'll be starting my stack.
I need to do some research, on when to take what, and how much. I've read to much protein, will dimenish the No-Explode. So need to find out exactly how much to take. |

This is a horrible review. You feel dizzy on 2 scoops, so your gonna take three? Doesn't sound like the smartest thing to do. I don't think you should post a review after a couple days....just my .02c. Maybe we should have some sort of standard format for reviews???

Yes my review might be a little premature,I will give it a little time.
I am sharing a container with my brother and he jacked it up to 2 scoops and said he couldn't stop working out and was very pumped.So I will try a little more.I do get dizzy to the fact that this is how I feel when I don't eat.Not blaming the NO explode. |

It depends on your tolerance to caffeine. During college I was really addicted to caffeine and I didn't really feel amped up. Once I stopped having caffeine for a week and NO, and then got back on it, there was a huge difference. There are a few stimulants in there but a good part of it is made up of caffeine and creatine.

Well, I Worked out arms tonight and Did 2 1/2 scoops. Did notice I could lift alot more than usual and I was in a zone as well,Was very satisfied.I do have to say That being on BN Cee My pumps are probably the same.But I was really jacked up more than ever tonight.Cant wait to try it on chest day.
