there was a thread about this not that long ago at all.
I'm going to try Tribulus/ZMA stack Basically it's not recommended unless you're alot older...say about 40 or so? I wouldn't know alot about trib and test boosters like it but the thread should help

I am 30 and I use it every time I do my PCT. I have never done a PCT without it. I myself feel that its not the most remarkable supplement the world has ever seen, but it does help me keep a majority of my gains after a cycle. dannyboy9 is right too though, it tends to be used by the 30 plus crowd (older guys), optimal at 40 I heard. yeah, im only 20, so i dont think it will benefit me much, i have acne and am horny as a goat, so i dont think my test. levels are low and my sex drive sure isnt suffering.

I heard about him. Someone was saying that he brings a copy of BrokeBack Mountain to the gym for his cardio days and then sneaks off to the "Steam Room" for awhile. I dont know, thats just from the rumor mill.

I put this in the same catagory as Glutamine. Where, it can't hurt to take it, and I need all the help I can get.. .even if it's only mental
I'll usually take a bottle every now and then. Can't hurt, as I'm in the 40 age group. Maybe I should look at DHEA instead?

Another thing about Trib is that there are no defined doses for taking it. some take 1 a day, some 2, some 10 ... kinda a weird grey area concerning it. i take (750's) 2 in morning, and 2 at night (2000mg) w/ a zinc in there 2. Seems to be doing me just fine.
I have been feeling good while taking it. Thats about the only benefits i've noticed but its only been a few months since i started. Kinda hard for me to notice anything specific because i also take a CEE thats gets me going and getting 'wood' is common for me, so as far as sexual benefits...eh...not sure

thats an advertisement for tribulus and there is absolutely no evidence that it raises either LH or testosterone levels.
it does have some impact on the phophodietarase system, which along with its estrogenic and dopaminergic activity, is why it can cause, in some individuals, spontaneous erections. |
