thats a dead link?

take it daily tho and do NOT neglect out a good diet with addition to the weight gainer.. when you take it, personally i would recommend taking it after your workout OR on non workout days in the morning.

i do not mean right after your workout, but maybe 2 hours or so after chug one

That weight gainer looks like a rip off. You can get alot cheaper weight gainers. It's claims sound pretty bullish to me.

I can personally suggest Universal Nutrition REAL GAINS & BSN True Mass.

From this question I can infer that you haven't really done your H.W.

What's your lifting history? Are you a newbie? This forum is packed with tons of information not to mention so is the internet. I suggest you learn the basics before you go on any further brother..

Weight gainers should be treated like meals so you take them every day. Would you eat only on the days you workout? My point exactly.

Instead of eating a meal, have a weight gainer whenever you like and my guess would be you're attempting to bulk so you would fit your weight gainer in somewhere throughout your day in between the 5 or 6 meals you SHOULD be having.

Some people like to take their weight gainers after their workouts. I'm personally a fan of taking whey after workout and then eating solid food. I take my weight gainer most of the time about an hour before bed.

I would say you can take your weight gainer whenever it's convenient for you.

It also doesnt say how many servings you get either. My guess is not many.

Please give us a sample of how your diet is. That is key on training. Once you have a solid nutrition plan down as well as training, you can add a weight gain shake in there and it would not hurt anything.

However, a simple shake to make is this and its much cheaper..

8 oz. low-fat milk
8 oz. yogurt (any flavor)
1 banana
Ice if desired

I have a pretty basic diet

Cereal
Sandwich/granola bar/juice
snacks (chips or nuts)
various things for dinner (stirfry, spaghetti, meats)
and i drink fluids throughout the day.

1 serving after a workout, 1 before bed?

what weight gainer would bulk me up the most?

all I can say is your just another person out there that thinks theres a magic supplement that will get u big and u neglect the BETTER things of life.

for example, a BETTER diet. if u truly want to grow, eat real food that is good for you. that little diet u posted isnt really good at all (not good in detail or its effectiveness.) A shaker filled with liquid calories and crap STILL wont do much without being on a good diet

my suggestion before u start wasting your / your parents money is to read the sticky's in the diet n nutrition section...

then you havent read any of them...

if your looking for quality foods:
Food list

BUT you need to know to set the diet eat... How many calories, carbs, protein, etc etc does your body require in order to put weight on.

the simple formula for weight gain is to eat MORE than what your body/metabolism can burn off...

Please dont be lazy and read the sticky's. not only are the very informative but authors took the time to write them, give them some credit pls
