just out of curiosity, why does cellmass say to stir it in, not shake?

Too many bubbles? And what harm would that do?

i dont see it effecting its performance, maybe however tho by "stiring" u reduce the chance of "leftover" creatine sticking around hte sides and bottom of the glass..


I use to shake my mono and it would be all over the shaker
