ya, its not like avoiding all 3 scoops is messing with the product.......all it is, is a way to supplement your diet with extra calories. So, maybe 1 scoops worth is all that you need to help your diet, so you can get it. heck, 1 scopp stilll seems like it would be pretty filling, haha, thats so many calories.

I would personally suggest Universal Nutrition's REAL GAINS Vanilla (or Chocolate if you're a chocolate lover)

If anything, when you take the weight gainer, in the long run you won't put on more fat because you're body will be using the weight gainer as energy. Like eating a pre-workout meal....that's what a weight gainer is isn't it? A meal? Well....then it's up to you when to take it.

You don't want that much simple sugar before a workout anyway...Your energy levels will crash half-way through your routine IMO...
I don't really like weight gainers too much anyway. Not my cup of tea. To each his own.

Oooops, i forgot to state not a weight gainer scoop, but a typical protein scoop. I used to take a full scoop of whey, and throw in one scoop of weight gainer. I think one scoop came to about 20 grams maltodextrin
