ok so how should i take this? it says on the label to take 3 scoops and it supplies u with all that up there. but i read that ur body probly cant digest all this and u might throw it all up. is this true? any other advice on taking it is appreciated. thanks.

I mean....why not just take like 1 scope before bed, instead of all 3. OR whenever you want to take it. either way, thats alot of crap in a serving....in fact, its a ridiculous amount of crap.

I dont even know why someone would need all of that in them.

My advice, just take it one scoop at a shake, maybe take 2 shakes a day if you want, but no point in taking 3 scoops at once, i dont see the point atleast.

thats wut i was thinkin. cuz 2200 calories in one sitting. holy crap. like u said thats alot of crap. and takin it all at once probly wouldnt feel to good. i think ill just take a scoop a day.

ya, its not like avoiding all 3 scoops is messing with the product.......all it is, is a way to supplement your diet with extra calories. So, maybe 1 scoops worth is all that you need to help your diet, so you can get it. heck, 1 scopp stilll seems like it would be pretty filling, haha, thats so many calories.

it's called "pure sugar"... 131 gms of sugar per serving. How about eating 3 or 4 snickers bars, it would be about the same.

lol yeah it is alot of sugar. all it is gnc pro performance weight gainer 2200. i normally dont ever buy stuff from gnc but i have to gain sum weight for next football season. anyone got any suggestions to anything better?

Sure you can gain some weight with that gainer by next football season. You gain a classic case of diabetes by the time you make the cut too

I would personally suggest Universal Nutrition's REAL GAINS Vanilla (or Chocolate if you're a chocolate lover)

Take one scoop in the morning with breakfast, one scoop 1 hour before you workout, and 1 scoop after you workout.

Thats not true. Weight gainer is fine just know when to take it. Taking it in the morning will help get your body back to anabolic state. Pre-workout will help energize the workout and prevent muscle breakdown. Post workout will help replenish glycogen and boost protein synthesis.

There's nop logistics needed to figure it out. It all comes down to your diet anyways, not when you take the weight gainer.

If anything, when you take the weight gainer, in the long run you won't put on more fat because you're body will be using the weight gainer as energy. Like eating a pre-workout meal....that's what a weight gainer is isn't it? A meal?

You don't want that much simple sugar before a workout anyway...Your energy levels will crash half-way through your routine IMO...

I don't really like weight gainers too much anyway. Not my cup of tea. To each his own.

He shouldnt take 3 scoops pre workout. 1 scoop would be alot, 1/2 a scoop is what I'd do. Its not simple surgar, its maltodextrin, a high GI complex carb.

Oooops, i forgot to state not a weight gainer scoop, but a typical protein scoop.

I used to take a full scoop of whey, and throw in one scoop of weight gainer. I think one scoop came to about 20 grams maltodextrin

I wasn't paying attention to the ingredients...I didn't realize that it was maltodextrin...Thanks for clarifying Traps!
