Hey, i was just wondeing if this stuff should be taken with food, or on an empty stomach because the bottle doesnt specify.

Ive never taken it but from what Ive heard from people who have. They generally take it with a meal.

Also I know you shouldnt take anti-inflammatory medication with it and keep your intake of fish oil and flax seed to a minimum.
