That is bogus. Creatine is not a protien shake and there is no way it has poison in it. It is actually one of the only suppliments that works but you must drink water heavily while on it.

Tell her she's a fvcken idiot!!!! Sorry but people who talk out their a$$ piss me off.
Creatine is 100% natural and occurs naturally in many foods. Also, our bodies naturally make the compound. It has ZERO protein in it or anything other than creatine itself! There are no known harmful effects from creatine use what so ever. NONE... that means ZERO, NADA, PA-TINK, not a one!!! As long as you stay hydrated, you wont have a single issue from taking it. Drink 1 gallon min per day of water. Tell her to do some research or shut up and stop spreading her bullsh!t that she obviously knows nothing about. . HUGE BUMP! Completely ridiculous! Creatine is great and doesn't cause problems unless you have pre-existing kidney disease...I have no idea why there are so many myths surrounding Creatine. Hell, now with CEE there isn't even bloating or cramping to worry about... Creatine is awesome...And it is not a protein shake

Yes, those are stupid remarks and they or she obviously doesnt know anything about creatine or probably any supplement anyways. Dont ask for training advice if they cant give accurate advice on supplementation.
I also repped you on that post biggerguns! Good advice.

HI guys and girls,
Someone mentioned that creatine might help my muscle development as i am so small, I am currently taking l glutamine and a soy protein shake one scoop per day and still consuming about 1600 cals a day cant get it any higher yet. My protein intake is going up its an average of 71 grams a day at present but nowhere near the 130 grams that i have been adviced to attain, lol. been reading a lot of threads on creatine and was wondering about the water issue, I have a lot of trouble drinking water, ( I hate it) and do try to drink one glass a day but thats all. if i took creatine what kind of dose should i take and would flavoured waters be ok i can manage them, but one gallon a day seems an awful lot to drink, is that an average amount for all sizes of people or could someone smaller get away with less? I would like to do something to boost my muscles, and give them more strength for when i train, so heres hoping the amount of water needed would be less for someone smaller. also i suffer from excess acid in my stomack and was wondering would that make a difference as i have to take tablets every day for that. thanks sunday |

Getting a gallon of water isn't hard, you need a gallon milk jug and all you need to do is carry it around with you and take pulls off of it whenever you get bored. Turn it all the way upside-down when you drink it and let gravity do the work, you'll be able to drink more.

OMG! READ young sir READ! Creatine has been around for over 25 years as a supplement. There is plenty of infomation on how it works, what it's make up is, reported side effects, how to take it, loading vs no loading. READ! Don't take what anyone tells you as gosple. Not even a doctor or gym owner. READ... Did I mention READ!
