juggalo24 has a spectacular aura about
Default Lipo-6

I didn't like Lipo-6. The recommended dosage of 4 pills a day, gave me some pain in my kidney's. Which isn't good. Not sure what the cause of that could be?

It suppressed my appetite some, but not much, I pretty much ate the same as I always have. When I did stop taking it for a few days, because of pain, I seemed to be hungrier than normal.

It gave me a good boost of energy when I first started taking the pills, but after about a week, it seemed like my body got used to it, and I really didn't notice much of an effect when I took it. Maybe some but not much.

I have lost about 8 lbs in the month of taking the pills, but I dont know if it's because of the pills, or just because I've been trying to workout more.

I guess overall I would give it a C-

And my money would have been better spent on something else.

Hey juggalo what's up.

I have a question: What did your diet look like?
How many calories a day did you take in? Protein? Carbs?

Did you take the liquid caps or the regular Lipo 6 pills?

I honestly believe everyone is entitled to their opinion and some products "might not work" for one like they do for another but as far as weight loss supps. goes, Lipo 6 is a pretty solid product when combined with a good diet and training routine. I know people personally that have taken it and have gotten good results when taking it.

Sorry it didn't work for you and I hope you have better luck in the future w/weight loss supps.

Lipo didnt do jack for me, but not many fatburners do. They are a waste. Once you stop, it will come back.

I doubt your kidneys hurt from the lipo, there's nothing in it really. My guess would be you didn't drink much water or it was in fact not your kidneys hurting.

but you tried it and reported it, so kudos. Nothing burns fat like eating right and working out. that's the secret. Shhhh...don't tell anyone.

Well I was having lower back pains, and when I stopped taking it for a while it went away. Not sure what the cause was, but it seemed to be linked to the Lipo-6. If no one else has similiar issues, it was just probably strain from lifting.

I try to take in enough water, but sometimes I fall short. I at least have 4 or 5 20oz. bottles a day.

My Diet isn't great, I usually eat 3 or 4 times a day, and try to make sure I dont eat anything to bad.

Example Day:
Breakfast: Total cereal 1% low fat milk with bannana
Lunch: Turkey Sandwhich (mustard) Baked Corn Chips with Salsa
Snack: Fruit, Triscuits, Nuts
Dinner: Chicken, Brown Rice, Brocoli.
Desert: Real Fruit Pop Cicles

Workout:
WOrk during day, manual labor, about 5 - 7 hours a day
usually lift about 3 times a week
usually run about twice a week
