Default What next? input needed

Well i recieved an email from bodybuilding.com that im guessing every buyer got.. but i get 10% off my next order if i do so before may 25th... so currently i am taking
ON 100% whey 10 lb bag- a little below halfway gone..
BSN NO-Xplode- i'ved used about 6 servings of 3 scoops
BSN Cellmass- Same as no-xplode but i only take it immediately after workouts and not on off days... *should i change that?*

so i can't really think of any other supps that would do anything for me.. right now im building muscle while losing body fat *summer* so any input on what works good what you would reccomend please let me know..

You've pretty much got what you really need....actually more than you need counting the No-Xplode and the CELLMASS...



what's up with the vitamins?You could get a good multi or maybe some CLA to aid you in your fat loss?

well would it really help i have these packets my friend gave me and here are the ingredients...

Multivitamin powder?

I'm not very familiar with those....I hope someone else can chime in and help you out on that one.

I like to stick with vitamin packs myself, if not the bottles of vitamins.

What's CLA?

You can add this to your diet if you've already got it where you want it to be. This is just a staple to help you out. It won't work you wonders but it helps out a bit with fat loss.

I would personally plan on investing in a decent multi that's NOT powder so you can have something else to start up on once you're done with your Multi-Powder.
