Default Supplement Plan Question

Hey guys, I'm a hard-gainer and I'm just beginning to work out trying to put on some weight... I'm planning on using the basic supplements that were suggested on this website and this basic schedule:

http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/bo...in-guide-5.htm

but I have to rearrange it because I workout first thing in the morning when I get up... right now I'm just eating something light before I work out and then taking a weight gainer shake or protein shake afterwards for breakfast. I know it'd be better if I worked out at a different time, but I can never schedule it in... do you all have any suggestions on when I should take each supplement?

thanks a lot for your time,
Trevor

If you are a newbie to lifting stick with your basics. Multi....and maybe some vit c, and a weight gainer.

I work out in the morning around 7:30....@ 6:30 I have 40 grams of protein, and @ 7 I have an orange or some kind of fruit along with my creatine. Then postworkout I always have 45+ grams of protein + 1/2 cup oats + 10 or more g of glutamine....maybe some PB in that shake as well....

The rest of the day is when my growing can/can not/will not/ take place. If you want to grow, EAT....thats the biggest part. Supplements work when YOU ALLOW THEM TOO. If ya know what I mean.
