Default Multiple Vitamins at once??

I take alot of vitamins at once, not body building vitamins just:
Vitamin E 1000IU, B-5, B Complex, Fish Oils

Is there an absorption conflict? Or do they all break down and get used? I take them all at once.... in the morning

Seems like it should be fine...

The only interaction that I can remember right off (that is similar to what you are asking) is one between Vit C and Vit B12. Vitamin C's (some forms) acidity can destroy Vitamin B12.

You should be in the clear though...

I am one to take all my supplements together in the morning with my breakfast. This allows optimum absorption during the day when the all the important activities are happening around the body. At night it's the body's time to chill cleanse and rest.

thats nice to know, been debating this subject with my hubbie he thought i should take then at separate times of the day, me i like to take them all at once.

I always take my supps in the morning and the afternoon. I take GNC's Mega Men multis and the serving size is two pills. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Same with my CE2 except it is 4 pills ED. Two in the morning and two in the afternoon...

With my multi-vitamins, I take mine all at once. Usually at breakfast or shortly after post-workout during a meal.
