I take alot of vitamins at once, not body building vitamins just:
Vitamin E 1000IU, B-5, B Complex, Fish Oils Is there an absorption conflict? Or do they all break down and get used? I take them all at once.... in the morning Thanx

I am one to take all my supplements together in the morning with my breakfast. This allows optimum absorption during the day when the all the important activities are happening around the body. At night it's the body's time to chill cleanse and rest.

I always take my supps in the morning and the afternoon. I take GNC's Mega Men multis and the serving size is two pills. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Same with my CE2 except it is 4 pills ED. Two in the morning and two in the afternoon...
