I just bought a tub of it, I'll post a review. Its supposed to have a noticable results in 3 days, then 90% at day 7. So I'll let you guys know in a week. I'm 18, so it should work pretty well. This is only my second experience with creatine, so if anyone has any helpful tips other than diet and stacking up with a lot of water, then let me in on it.

well ive had awesome results with vitargo, i put on a solid 8 pounds of muscle in just 2 months. no it wasnt water weight, because the weight is still with me, so im just seeing what kind of results this will give me. I dont wanna use any stimulants like superpump or no-ex because im afraid i might not feel like training if im not using them, plus i have decent pumps and energy without them.

finally some one put somethin up on this sizeon, or mayeb i din't search good enough. any word on Superpump 250? I stack NO and Cellmass now but want to try some thing new, same concept though. I was thinking of gettingsome CEE, or some otehr creatine product. What have you guys had some luck with? Sorry din't mean to steal the thread!

its working pretty good, my reps have gone up a lot, strength is going up slowly but surely, more than without it. i look a little bigger, my arms increased 1/2 an inch when i measure after i wake up in the morning.

I believe Size On is a creatine supplement & a cell volumizer. It should help you out with your lifts along with your recovery also. Like ChromiumBlue said, it's not necessary to stack it with anything but it wouldn't be a bad idea to stack it with Superpump. It would most likely be optimal but I doubt you'll notice the difference.
You can give it 2 rounds, one time w/o the Superpump and the other with the Superpump and compare your results. Just stick with a good diet and train hard like you normally would. Good luck!

hey, I was reading the label for SizeON on a site, and I'm kind of confused... On training days, do you sip one serving throughout your workout, and take 1 serving before bed, or do you just take one serving a day through your workout on traing days?
