Fish oil capsules are what most people use (drinking fish oil......aw gawd..).
Also, flaxseed oil (either cap form or you can drink it by the tablespoon, or even make a salad dressing out of it).
You could try eating tuna or salmon!

Talking

ha ha ha ha...
I'm just starting to get back into weight training again, so i haven't tried the oils.

I HAVE been taking a few 1000MG fish oil softgels/day though, to assist in lowering my cholesterol (hopefully). I also eat salmon, to get more Omega 3 in the 'ole system too.

They're not so bad, once you get used to burping up fish...

Default what i use

this is the stack that works well for me, bit pricey, but works well. protien, creatine (but dont use it if you have reactions) nitric oxide sups. glutamine, No explode, tribulis and multi vits...............As far as brands go,most of the time there all the same. But if your on a budgit, try No-explode and Nitrix, cellmas go's with it, but its creatine.

You didnt respond to any type of creatine, like CEE, kre-alkalyn??

Yes, I agree with taekwondo, eat meat and pasta.

No, but stick with a good whey protein, multi-vitamins, also EFA's. You can throw some MuscleMilk into the mix as well.
