Default creatine question

Im Currently using No-Xplode creatine and had a question. It says on training days that i should take 2-3 scoops and on non training days take only 1 scoop. Would a day dedicated solely to cardio be considered a training day? Should i use 2-3 scoops for cardio days?
Thanks guys

Definitely. It does contain pretty much traces of it because for the amount that's in there, there shouldn't be any in there period. lol

and if you like your money, don't use NO-Xplode on non training days. There's no point of getting a "pump" if you're not gonna do anything with it.

Damn tricky basteges. Well this was my first attempt at creatine...guess i F'd it. So the suggestion for further down the road is stack No-Xplode with the Cellmass one? I saw both there but only snagged the No-Xplode.

The suggestion for further down the road, honestly and IMO, would be keep any sort of supplement like that for......well...further down the road. Focus on the basics right now cause from what it sounds like, you haven't had much experience with lifting nevertheless supplements. That's not the way to do it. There's nothign wrong with baby steps

The Basics:

Multivitamin
Whey
Weight Gainer (if you're bulking)

no, ive been lifting for a good time, i have just never considered supplements. Sorry if i sounded inexperience, its only because ive used whey protein and thats it. You have to start somewhere and i figured why not talk to the people that know about it best. Please dont think of me as a noob.

i think he just meant what he said, that you are new to supplements. since you have been lifitng for awhile, i would recommend taking measurements and starting a jounral to teack all your lifts before ytou start creatine, then keep a log and take nrew measuirements after the cycle so you can accurately judge the effects and determine how well it worked for you

and DRINK LOTS OF WATER while you're on creatine, lots of people say they do and they really only have like a glassa day extra, aim for a gallon. its good for you anyways
