Default Cycling V-12 Turbo?

Should V-12 be treated as a creatine and take 3 months on, 1 month off (as i do) or should it be by the tub?

/\ Exactly!

Creatine is typically done in 8wk cycles. You don't have to cycle Creatine, but when you are supplementing extra Creatine your body's natural production of Creatine stops. It takes 4wks for your body to begin producing Creatine normally again...Hence the 4wks off. I always give myself 4-5wks off after a Creatine cycle mainly because I like the idea of keeping my body's normal production system working properly...Just a personal preference really.
