Default Pills or Powders?

In terms of taking supplements..which one would you reccomend (ex. creatine pills/drink). Why? Also what would you reccomend to get big/strong (supplement)

Thanks in Advance!

the BIGGEST reason for pills over powder is prolly TASTE. Capsules are just swallow, powder you must either mix with something n taste it, or take the time to cap it.

So if your taste buds are greedy, get the caps.

As for absorbtion, personally I think they both would be the same minus the left over access powder you get on the bottom of the cup sometimes when you mix a powder with a liquid.

How long have you been working out? If you just started, you got a long road before you need to worry about supplements.

Get some protein.

Well, I started working out last June but June-August was just cardio and very minor weight lifiting since I was 5'11 185 mostly all fat...so until the very start of September I lost most of my fat and got down to 165. Now after around 7 solid months (5x week) I might have taken 2 weeks off. I've been pretty consistant. I take protein everyday (about a 70g shake)...Now I am 6'0 175..11% Body Fat...btw I am 16

And I have not used creatine/no2

and you should continue to not use anything else cept protein until you let your "newbie" gains expire...

also, supplements WONT get you big so dont think theres a magic pill out there that will turn u into hulk hogan

even with steroids without proper diet and working out n sleep, etc, they are almost useless.

what does your routine look like? how bout your diet?

post those and we'll take a look at it and work on gettin big

also, the 70g protein is too much, your body cant absorb that much in one sitting (you will probably notice cloudy urine...thats the excess protein!)

i would space that out into 2 doses, once immediately after waking up and once immediately after a workout, those are the most important times to take whey

also a multi would do ya a lot of good

i kno this is a lot for one post but get back to us on the workout routine/diet and we'll get ya big
