Default which protein

i have been using phosphagen hp for some time now and have been researching on which protein to mix with it but i still dont know which protien is the best what do u guys think is the best out there thats still relativly cheap

if your looking for a weight gainer i'd go with n-large or if your just looking for a protien ON's whey protien is pretty good also

if i mix a whey protein with my creatine will that mess up the creatine and should i take my shakes after or before my workouts

Have your shake after your workout (try to have your shake straight after - up to 45mins after your workout is best for optimal benefits).
I take a stick blender to the gym with me and make my shake as soon as my workout is done.
From experience, mixing your creatine with your shake shouldn't mess it up.
If your trying to gain mass, you should have more than one shake a day (on top of a nutricious diet).

it might just a little bit but not that much what i do is i take my creatine in a seperate shaker and then the shake right after.

you can take it before and after but if your only going to do one or the other take it after b/c your body needs the nutrients you burnt off and your body will obsorb more protien due to the anabolic stage your body is in after workouts.

Personally you should also look into a type of "aide" to shuttle the protein in your muscles.

the most common, and cheap, is Dextrose/Maltodextrin, types of simple sugars and carbs... Not needed, but will help

I throw either a banana or some glucose in my shake for that.

Physique is my 1st choice and vp2 would be my second.

I like physique becasue it already has a dilivery system so you don't need any Dextrose/Maltodextrin.

You could always just get ON 100% whey and put it in some Gatorade for your post-workout drink.

Dymatize eliete whey protein isolate, its cheaper than ON and tastes the same if not better and you get more servings too. And its an isolate. Once you try it, you won't go back to ON, i guarantee it. I know i won't
