Hey guys. Just ordered my first cycle of scivation xtend. I'm trying to figure out how many scoops, etc...I'm going to take and when to take it, and what to take it with (if witrh anything at all)
For those of you who have taken it...how's this look.... 30 minutes before workout.....take xtend with shake(grapejuice, CEE, ON 100% whey) during workout.....1-2 scoops of xtend with water immediately after workout......1-2 scoops xtend with water 30 minutes after that......1st meal(chicken, rice, green beans, wheat bread slice) 1-2 hrs after that.......meal or shake I've heard from many people to take xtend before, during, and after workout. That's fine....but they also told me to take it alone.....so nothing gets in the way of absorbtion. That's fine too. BUT...for someone who's trying to gain weight.....this seems like a large time my body is going without calories. If I'm to take xtend on empty stomach before workout at say...3:00.....then during workout from 3:30-4:30........then after from 4:30-5:00......that's about a 3 hour span with no calories. Does this seem ok? |

I dont take xtend during my workout, mainly because i find that it mixes poorly. But since you do, great. Take one scoop before, and one scoop during your workout, that should do the trick.
