I just fully healed from my separated shoulder all the way back in October (Couldn't lift at all for the first 2-3 months). I just bought these supplements what do you guys think and any advice on how much/when to take them?

hey it's been about a week and i'm liking this stack a lot. I'll post pics in a couple more weeks. How should I cycle on or off of these supplements. I'm about done with my first tub of vault and it lasts about 20 days. Would I be cool going out to buy anothe rtub then taking a coupl eweeks off creatine after that? And do HMB, Glutamine, and BCAAs need to be cycled off or cna I just take them year round? Thanks in advance guys.

HMB is highly debated as useless. And if i remember right costly. You don't need to cycle off gluatmine, hmb, or bcaa's. Many will say glutamine is pointless as well, but i personally can see it help me. HMB on the other hand i never tried, but have heard more negative than positive about it
