drop the m stack and the gaba. the arginine is ok if its working for you and the glutamine is something you take if you believe in it. you shouldnt be taking any GABA. plain and simple. you obviously need to research and educate yourself a little more cause you can be doing some harm to yourself because of your failure to educate yourself. take it easy man.

thanks guys. i knew the animal m stak was a bit iffy, plus its a sh.itload of pills. the arginine seems to work o.k., but theres really not much point to it besides a useless pump, so i've stopped buying it.

i think glutamine is a smart choice, read good things about it, but since i'm off creatine for a month because of cycling, i thought i'd try some stuff out.

as for the gaba, i'm not sure why thats not a smart choice, but i'll look into it. if anyone wants to give a quick answer, that'd be great.

as a side note, i know messing with a growing mans test levels can be dangerous, but can anyone tell me why?

much thanks fellas.

There are many posts on why glutamine is not a good money investment.
Glutamine and Tribulus

My recommandations (bases on actual SCIENCE, not theory) are: Do not use it!

Conclusion:

Since glutamine does not increase protein synthesis (Unless you're in severely catabolic conditions, and even then glutamine was compared to saline or glycine.... Now that's some serious comparising.).
Since glutamine does not increase protein synthesis at all when added to your pre/post workout shake.
Since glutamine does not decrease protein degration more than carbs.
Since only a small part reaches the muscles.
Since muscle protein does not consist 70% of glutamine.
Since elevation of only 1 hormone (GH) means nothing when not all other variables are checked.
Since BCAAs/carbs have a glutamine sparing effect.
Since 6 g essential amino acids increase protein synthesis similar to 70 g glutamine.

Stay away from it.

Also pub med says glutamine has no effect on body builders. The thread is gone so I can't find it but don't waste your money on that.
