I have tried the creadrive. It really did not do much for me, but I don't respond that well to creatine. I would imagine that it is just as good as any other except it is very high in sugar.

Gnc has 2.2lb's of creatine mono for 20 bucks....or by 2 2.2lbs for 40 bucks Edit to add....Yeah I've tried and am using the gnc creatine...The first 2.2lb tub I bought was great, good quality, mixed well, awesome water retention. This second tub I dont think is as good....Might be in my head, but it is definately working.

i took the gnc creatine, and it helped my workout a lot. the best gains were right in the beginning from loading, and from there it was a pretty steady ride. it is smarter to buy creatine online if youre on a budget, shop around a bit, you can find some great prices.

Too bad it's not more like Glutanine. That stuff almost disolves on contact with water. |
