Default Purple K

What is a good time frame for cycling on and off purple K. Should I stay off it for a month or 6 weeks? What would anyone recommend?

in technicality there is no need to cycle off purple k b/c of the ph balance. it doesnt leave any of the harmful creatinine behind so you kidneys dont have to get rid of it. which is the main reason why you have to cycle off of other creatines

Hmm that's interesting. I was thiniking that I should wait around 4 weeks. But I wonder if that really is the case and there is no need. I would love it if that were the case. M workouts just don't seeem the same without it..lol.. This stuff is awesome. Especially when stacked with Supercharge.

i got that info from the person at popeyes, she was boasting about purple k so i tried it and i love it....i asked her if i had to cycle off it like the mono and she told me that "b/c its ph buffered and it doesnt leave the harmful creatinine behind you can take it everyday for the rest of your life if you wanted too" soo im takin her word for it

All true, as long as you don't take more than the recommended amount. Although on the side of my m5 bottle it says take for 40 days and then take time off. Maybe some products are different...
