Im 19 years old and have been doing exercises and plenty of running since age of 14. Been going to gym for the past year and have used light weights so far. For the past 5 weeks I have used the heavier 6-12 rep max weights with 6 meal clean high protein diet and plenty of water. So far all i have been supplementing on is a post workout whey drink. Im a big fan of eating all natural food but wanted to know if its wise to start using a small amount of creatine post workout (10 gram servings). I go to gym 3 days a week so id be getting 30 g of creatine into my system weekly.(I dont really want to use the high dosage cycle, much rather take a little longer in achieving higher creatine levels). Any advice would be welcomed.

Get CEE creatine its better
No bloat, No ****ts, No cramping, a lil more pricey but its worth it If you get the monohydrate its goin to tell you 5 grams for 4 times a day for 5 day on a empty stomach, and 5 grams 30 mins before and after your work outs, as a loading phase to saturate your myscles with it.. I personally dont believe you need to do that but you can... Drink lots of water , I would reccomend Mixing with grape juice for the sugars to act as a delivery system into your body.. If not that i would buy dextrose and mix it with that.... Good Luck

Taking Creatine 3x a week won't do jack either...You need to take it every day. Just take 5g a day after you work out...But in the future get some CEE...It is far superior.

Wasnt there just a thread comparing cee with mono......To each their own, immediate strength gains seem to be the same, but I think long term actual muscle development mono is better due to the intracellular water retention.
