BCAA Help

hey, i'm looking to put on some quick muscle, already using glutamine.
are BCAA's effective? do they not go well with glutamine?

BCAA's are very helpful. When you are doing strenuous exercise, the BCAA's are the first to get tapped into. Its ok to stack with glutamine, no problem.
