So if you want to waste the tub, use it after the date IN REGARDS TO TAKING EXPIRED SUPPLEMENTS IN GENERAL It is difficult to estimate expiration dates on supplements, but many of them can decompose and either not be as effective or potentially decompose into undesirable substances. Personally, If it's a little passed the expiration date, I'm still gonna use it. Sorry, i just don't trust The supplement companies. I have no evidence but i believe that they put those expiration dates on so they can move product faster. Test it out and see what happens.

Kinda related but I dunno, I bout a 2.2 lb tub of gnc creatine mono, and it was awesome, the powder was very fine, and mixed great, and worked well. Went through that stuff like candy. It was so good I bought another tub, however, this tub is different. The powder in this tub isnt as fine and leaves a sandy residue in my mouth after taking it. It also doesnt seem to be as effective. Just curious if anyone has had similar experiences......

Well, I bought two 200 serving containers of GNC Monohydrate and I liked it a lot. I'm about 3/4 done the first container in about a month's time. Of course, then I pulled my hammy, so i've been off it for about a month...looking to start up again soon. I'm worried about it expiring too. I might not get through both containers until mid summer. Bought the stuff in early to mid February. You guys think i'm alright till mid summer?
